I ordered through drive thru on july 2 around 11 pm. The person at the window was really unprofessional. She literally throw the change on me all the coins were dropped on the floor i was not able to open the door of my car and pick it up as they were no space then when they gave me coffee the lid was not properly closed and it spills on my hand. The staff was laughing didnt even apologized. So unprofessional. Coming at this location since it was opened. Not gonna come back.

Customers are standing in big line but they are just taking drive through orders.- not that much busy but if staff management is cordinated properly this would be more customer friendly for people who are eating inside

It's a Tim Hortons, they serve you food quickly and effectively and it's done correctly. I will say for someone who doesn't go to tim Hortons often it was rather unpleasant that i wasn't familiar with coffee/tea terminology such as black tea" it may be absolutely common knowledge that everyone knows. that's on me be having me not hold a line and taking an extra 10 seconds lead to a condescending and rude tone that seemed like a hurry up instead of realizing I'm confused and don't understand could you explain i could have also communicated this myself but felt out of my environment and comfort zone at the time leading to a not ideal experience but overall if you know what you want you'll get what you expect from a Tim Hortons franchise."

Unbelievable argument instead of being apologetic for charging me extra. Drive through window’s money display bar doesn’t work. Stays at 0.0 so they can charge whatever to their customer. Sometimes money doesn’t matter but attitude does. Not listening to customer issue and arguing with customer won’t give you anything. PLease do check what you paying for as they may surprise you with the overpayment. Completely Unethical! Mistakes happen just admit it instead of arguing. I wish they provided me with receipt and I would have contacted head office directly instead of wasting my time over someone whose unwilling to listen.

I just had a very bad experience at tim's ever. A girl named Sarpreet doesn't know how to talk to customers. Showing a lot of attitude towards customers. The last time I came in I ordered a large iced coffee and the same person gave me a medium coffee. After having an argument with her she checked the bill and recognized that it was her fault she changed my order and didn't even say sorry. And today she was not even concentrating on my order and gave me the wrong one. Instead of admitting her mistakes, she started arguing with me. She even shouted at me. I told her I'll talk to your manager she replied do whatever you wanna do I don't care. I hope the manager of the store takes proper measures. I wanna have a proper conversation with the manager.

Horrible customer service. 2 milk 1 sugar in steeped tea was ordered. No milk in the tea. I opened the cup to show. And was given an attitude saying I should just close the lid with eyes rolling. Came here to enjoy some tea after work. Not returning. The order before me was chai tea latte" without a tea bag in it......"

Waiting in the drive thru from past 20 minutes. Please put more people in the mid night shift at least till 1:00 am. Show some mercy on your staff and customers.

Bad services , I ordered drive thru medium ice coffee, provide small and not added whipped cream as well I ordered steap tea with chai tea bag , not add bag , what is this ?

Went in with a very low expectation(dont know why i have low expectation from tims these days) but to my surprise, this is a huge location. Lots of seating arrangements. Lots of counters to order ur meal and surprisingly most of them were open. Good signage for pickups and mobile orders. Friendly staff. Coffee served hot and fresh. Cleanliness is always issue with tims and this location is no different but net net, good experience

I was used to ordered from this location everyday since 2 years and I appreciated the customer service until today. But today was very horrible day I ever dealt with the cashier they got me waited for unusual long and when I asked them to take my order one of the girl was being such a rude and she was such disrespectful today as she’s the owner of the place (private property) she literally treated me in a way that it feels like I have trespassed a private property and asking for something without my right. Horrible customer service. I’m writing this comment because I can’t give a zero rating.
