Had planned to sit down and have lunch here but it was absolutely overrun with students on their lunch hour so I used the washroom, left, and went through the drive-thru for my food. And good for the restaurant to have that type of volume. Not complaining about the students but, with that many kids who I have to assume were ordering lots of fries, I would have expected my fries through the drive-thru to have been just made - fresh, hot, and crisp. They were soggy, leuk warm, and tasted like they had been sitting there for a half hour. I was disappointed I had paid for such low-quality food that I eventually threw out but did not have time to go back. The rest of my meal was fine.

Don't go to this McDonald's. Their quality control sucks. Got breakfast for my daughter and she wanted apple slices with her pancakes.I would be too upset about the expiry date, but the effing apples are brown.For the prices we now may at your establishment, you'd think whomever is doing the QC would pay attention

suzette from this branch is awesome! there was an issue with the mobile app and she helped me select an alternative to my order, plus offered a free add on. i felt valued and taken care of as a customer.

People are friendly, and they keep the place clean. It's good for everyone (individuals, groups, or families) to eat and enjoy summer drinks for special promotion prices.

McDonalds should use this branch as a training facility as an example of what not to do. Dirty, slow, 80% of the time incorrect orders and almost always unprofessional behavior by the children who run this place.Even the food at the Walkers line branch tastes much better and is better presented and perfectly consistent.I only return to this terrible branch because I live next to it although I try my best to avoid it.

Got lipstick on my fries and a straw, and the fries were from two different batch. I don't wear lipstick, and honestly disappointed and confused how there could this issue? Like did someone drop a lipstick in a fryer?

Walked in to order, wish I hadn't, slower service and then I got to see that....NO ONE wears gloves WHEN preparing your food!!!! They are all touching your burger AND PATTIES with their hand...grossStudents presumably where many of them have poor work ethic, chit chatting while my food was getting coldOrder taker had problems looking to add tomato to a chicken sandwich, did not know her menu.Not a good location ...hard pass.

Showed up today at 12:30 for a egg blt breakfast bagel, and they tell me that they’re out of bacon….. how are you out of bacon??! Aside from that even when ordering in the past the orders are never corrrect. It always seems like the place is understaffed and no one really cares for what they do. Either give them a raise or find other employees but provides food and service like this for the prices you guys charge is absolutely ridiculous. Either reduce your prices or get better staff or close this establishment so a better fast food joint can take its place.

Today I ordered a double quarter pounder BLT but they gave me the wrong order. The burger only had 1 pattie and there was no cheese.Staff are not attentive. Service is slow. It took 10 minutes to get my order.
