Where do I start I was treated so poorly when I first joined chatter that I almost didn't the only reason I still joined was because I really wanted to change companies and have something with a little more freedom like data and texting and of course chatting first of all there's only one desk at this location which I find ridiculous if you're there to pay a bill are you telling me I have to stand in line for an hour if the guy is signing someone up .the day I signed up the guy starts freaking out and saying you had two days to do this I did not realize my phone was not unlocked he was very condescending and rude the whole time and then when I went to pay my phone bill about two days ago there was a different guy there and he was equally as rude he even called security on me which did no good because I did nothing wrong and security let me go awls I did was ask is there anyway I can pay my phone bill do I have to stand in line every time I want to pay my phone bill when I joined nobody told me that there's other ways of paying the phone bill I wasn't aware that I could go to the store and buy a voucher and pay that way that's all he had to say instead he started pointing his finger at me and talking to me like I was a child and I'm sure I'm older than this man kept saying no more not one more word and then he threatened to call security on me this is the Billings Bridge Plaza location on the outside of the building at bank in Riverside in Ottawa Ontario I do not suggest anyone go there these people are so freaking rude it's unbelievable revenge is a dish best served cold that's all I'm saying

This place has the worst customer service, specially the lady that works there is the rudest person you would ever meet. When i left the store my number was still not registering on the network and had to call customer support, who couldn't assist because the info on my account was entered wrong at the retail store, if there was a rating less than one star i would give it to this retail store.
