I can’t say enough positive things about Scott’s Lock & Key. I had a 1940’s beautiful front door lock- deadbolt that jammed up- I have a few handymen take a look- shook their heads and said- this is going to be a VERY expensive fix- for several reasons.Daryl spent about 20 min w me on the phone to walk me through DIY fixes- but to no avail- so they came out the next day…. It was a simple ( for them) tweak of a tricky old screw- and viola! Fixed!! ….. and did not even charge me at all!!!! Who does that?? They are so competent and More than fair!!!!!!!!

Came here with a upgraded blank key that I got online for my car. Home depot / Ace hardware and a couple of locksmiths didn't cut it for me since I didn't buy it from them. But Scott's were more than happy to provide me the service and charged me very reasonably. They were absolutely respectful and kept a conversation going with a wide smile on.It took them just 5 minutes to cut and program my blank key. I'm more than happy about the service and I'll comeback for all my key needs here! :)

Awesome place! Very helpful and know all the tricks. Had them make new truck key and remote, two new boat keys as well as custom fabricate a missing key set for my other boat I lost the keys for. Pricing is more then reasonable. Thanks guys!

Most incredible customer service ever!!!So far I have experienced two unforeseeable emergencies!!! one of which was a severely rusted steel frame emergency exit fired door that was completely locked to the frame, I called Scott he arrived within 20 minutes the door was unlocked, and the lock was completely replaced!!!the second of which one of our exam rooms was locked and within 20 minutes, Scott was there, The lock was completely reworked, and we had new keys, this man is a godsend, look no further if you ever in the need of a locksmith, this is the go to Man for life!!!!

The gentleman who answered the phone was very polite. He didn’t have what I wanted, but explained that he did have a similar brand with similar specs. He was respectful when I declined further information and was still helpful when I asked a few more questions. if I need work done in the future, I will call there again.

Awesome experience here on 7/5/23.They can copy chipped keys as well which is a huge plus. No more going through the stealership for your car keys!

I would recommend to anyone, literally had me 2 new key fabs for my vehicle in 4 mins, at half the price the dealer was charging for 1. Thank you thank you thank you! You are awesome!!!!!!!

I walked in with 4 non working key fobs for my van expecting to spend a couple hundred for 2 new fobs. Instead Daryl was able to get 3 of my fobs working again all for very little money. I saved several hundred over dealership prices. Customer service was exceptional. I'll be back and will refer others. Thanks!
