Open Road Recreation

We brought our 1990 Sea Ray to Open Road Recreation for repairs and picked it up on June 30. The service technicians were great! Unfortunately, there was a miscommunication about the boat key and it wasn't in the glove box. On July 1, we contacted Open Road Recreation through their Facebook/Messanger page and prayed that somebody would answer our cry for help. Ryan immediately reached out and came to our assistance! He willingly met us at the shop and helped to find the key! What other company would go the extra mile for their customers!? Customer service is everything and Ryan with Open Road Recreation has definitely gone above and beyond to help us on July 1! We will not hesitate to return to Open Road Recreation for future repairs and purchases! Thank you!

Awesome place to look for your next boat. Went in there with a price in mind and check sheet of must haves and they were able to make sure I had all the checks and remain within budget. They gave me their word on when boat be ready and they've kept it. Enjoyed the experience, never once was pressured into something that I was unsure about. I would most definitely go back again I delt with Robert and was amazing gave me his personal cell and told me to call anytime with any problem.

Troy and Jason made the whole process so easy, both were very knowledgeable with every question I had. Recommend giving these guys a shout when looking at boats, atvs etc.
