I was interested in a listing that Megan is in charge of. Was trying to request a viewing of it, and was asked 3 times in separate emails that spanned 2 days if I was approved or in the process of being approved for a loan. Now being a first time home buyer with great credit, waiting for approval was the least of either of our concerns. But I got two other emails questioning if I had submitted it. I once again assured her that I did, that I work out of town, and that I had hoped to have viewed the home by now. She never replied back.It’s nice being a “realtor” when real estate is booming. But with this attitude, she won’t get you far once it slows down.Would want someone that is trying to sell my place to do the minimum.I’m not one for leaving reviews but this left me speechless

We would highly recommend Trina Hodges. She really knows the Sherwood Park market and helped us prepare our house for sale. I suggest every homeowner call he 6 month sin advance to get her advice (free) on little things you can do to help your sale. Her advice increased our home value and helped our house to get a two great offers within a week.

Megan exceeded all our expectations in our house search! Went above and beyond our needs, and was always willing and able to handle our requests, meet us for showings, and answer our many questions along the way. Based on recommendations of some friends and family, we recently listed our condo with Trina and Megan. With multiple interest rate hikes and a market clearly changing from “a sellers” to “a buyers”, we were prepared for this to be a long drawn out experience filled with multiple twists and turns.
