This is the SLOWEST of all the Tim Hortons in Strathroy, which speaks volumes considering the other 2 aren’t very quick. It took 15 minutes to get my tea this morning. More than enough time to type out and post a google review. To top it all off when you finally make it to the window you’re greeted with either a rude disgruntled employee or no words at all. I’m not sure what one is worse. It makes minimal effort to say “you’re welcome” to a patron when they thank you for the order. There are always excuses for how slow it is. Excuses that could be fixed with proper staffing or retraining. Or maybe just hire people that are willing to proudly represent the Tim Hortons brand. Starting to go to the Komoka Tim’s on my way into London as they are timely and courteous.

I waited 10-15 minutes for an ice Capp and a wrap, there was 5-6 workers in the kitchen and very few people in the drive-thru.

It’s 2:30pm Sunday, July 9th- and I’m wondering if the drive through staff have quit and walked out because the line has not moved in over 20 minutes - there are people trapped between the curbs and can not get out unless the line moves forwards or backwards. They look like they have been stuck for days. Please send someone out with food and water for them, I’m worried for their health and safety.

2 days ago my experience here was amazing order up was really good they got mine and my father's order right it was excellent I recommend going to this restaurant over by staples in Strathroy- Caradoc Ontario.

I picked up a mobile order and it was such a headache. The woman at the window needed to have another coworker explain to her that the order was paid for. Overall it was very frustrating and would rather place a mobile with one of the two other locations.Definitely make sure you have proof of your order with the number AND mobile receipt because otherwise you may not get your items if they cannot find your order.

This is the worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to in Canada. The customer service is disgusting. There is one older woman who is horrifyingly rude and the rest of the staff can’t even put an order together correctly. My brother ordered a wrap and when we got it, it looked like someone had thrown up in a tortilla and handed it to us. My bagel had a blob of cream cheese in the middle while the circumference around the center was barren. When we went back and asked for new food, the older woman smirked at us and said “uh-oh”.Listen, I don’t care if you’re understaffed. That is no excuse to behave the way the staff at this Tim Hortons behave. Either close this location or hire new staff. You have no idea what people are going through, always err on the side of kindness. The staff at this location need a heavy lesson in kindness, patience and proper customer service. Completely disgusted.

This Tim Hortons has to be the worst I have ever been to. I was there today, May 13, Saturday 2023 @ 11:10 am.I got stuck in the drive-thru for 25 min. When i finally got to the window, they took my money and handed my bottle of water and coffee and handed me someone elses breakfast sandwich.I told them I was missing a bagel with cream cheese. They looked stunned and showed them inside the bag. In the meantime, I opened up the other breakfast sandwich, which I thought was the croissant breakfast sandwich, and it was actually a bacon and egg mcmuffin. I told the kid at the window it wasn't what we ordered and he wanted the sandwich back, even after my wife accidentally touched it with her hands...Then, 4 minutes later ( still at the window waiting for the original bagel, the guy tells me he doesn't have any croissants..... ok, great, so why take my money.??Long story short, management or the owner needs to review the cameras in that place around 11am and figure out what happened. The place was a disaster, and I know others were having issues, too. Shut the place down until you hire competent employees.The only item that was actually right was 1 bottle of water. I got the wrong bagel with no cream cheese on it, wrong coffee ( ordered cold hazelnut), and I drove away without my croissant breakfast sandwich. They did offer a refund, but I couldn't take a chance they would screw something up.

Do not go here their is McDonald’s down the road. At Tim’s they are super rude in the drive-through. I get you busy but take min to talk to you customer and explain when something doesn’t work.
