Big time scammers!!!Seems like their business works on application fees. My application got rejected and they did not even provide a specific reason.I contacted their customer service prior to registering and the employee did not know most of the stuff. They took forever to find out the rates and to answer to my queries. After clarifying everything with their representative I did go ahead with my application only to find out that it was rejected with no specific reason provided. I have disputed this application fee and waiting to hear from them the main reason for rejection.

I had a terrible experience with zip car. They deducted money for membership without even sending card after 1 month. Rep who talked 1 week back said that I am not approved yet and is in progress. Today when I called for refund of membership fee, they said that they can cancel membership and refund amount. But when asked for processing fee, she said it was approved on the very next day. When I asked why there was a misrepresentation from previous agent, there was no answer. For a mistake from zip car, they are not ready refund application fee, even when they did not communicate properly on application status. Terrible customer support.
