I couldn’t be happier going with Al for the meet day handling. He made my first powerlifting meet a breeze. He coached me through the entire day and it was a huge help. I would have been lost without him. Don’t think twice it’s well worth the money !

I can't recommend Scorrybreac enough! Alastair and Erica have created such a welcoming environment! I'm still new to lifting and everytime I've trained here they have both offered plenty of tips and encouragement to help me improve. It's so nice having such a high quality gym with knowledgable professionals so close to home.

Really fantastic facilities with high quality equipment. Backed up with friendly and knowledgeable owners. I purchased an 8 week custom program that I'm very happy with. Looking forward to more great workouts here!

Bought the day pass to try out the gym and i Loved this facility. Im a powerlifter and would lift at a commercial gym. This gyms equipment is 10000x better. The customer service has been great and definitely looking into getting a membership.Train how you play so when you play its like training;)

I recently joined Scorrybreac after previously powerlifting out of a commercial gym. I absolutely love this place! Scorrybreac has all the powerlifting equipment you can dream of. The owners also keep the gym very organized and clean! All of the other members have been so nice and welcoming. Overall a great community! 10/10 experience so far! :)

So happy I was introduced to this amazing facility! The gym has everything you need to push yourself through your toughest workout and fit your goals. All the people are extremely welcoming and make you feel like family even if it is your first time visiting. Had the pleasure of my first session there a couple weeks back and very excited to visit again this weekend!!

I had to write another review just because my love for this place has grown so much since my last review (which I didn’t think was possible!). There is no better gym out there. There is no better community than the Scorrybreac one. The members are family and Erica and Al are truly the best! I could thank them everyday for deciding to put this gym out in East Garafraxa for us! Worth the drive wherever you live-if that’s far away too! They are always asking members for feedback and updating equipment to make it truly one of a kind. Competition equipment, cleanest facility and amazing atmosphere. The gym reflects their love for the sport.Go once and you’ll be hooked, thank me later!!

Phenomenal gym! Friendly members and owners, clean, multi-functional, with something for everyone. I work in another gym but wanted to give this one a try with a powerlifting friend of mine. I would highly recommend it! The feeling of being part of a community is there, unlike the bigger chain gyms. So refreshing. :) thanks for welcoming us.

As a newcomer to both lifting and a gym environment I am so grateful to have found such a supportive place, with such an easy-going vibe. Alastair really helped me feel welcome and at home in the space, and while he had a lot of good information whenever I needed help, he also gave me space to work away quietly. I brought my friend who has plenty of different gym experiences and who is a long-time lifter, and she agreed with my feelings - she told me how lucky I am to find Scorrybreac! I cannot recommend this place and these people enough!!!

I would definitely recommend this facility for anyone in the area looking for a very well equipped and friendly gym for power lifting, Olympic lifting, or general exercise. I recently moved to the area from Guelph and my trainer let me know Scorrybreac may be a great option for me! It has absolutely everything I need to get super strong!!!
