I went to the store when the mall was absolute chaos and the workers weren’t really helping, the store was about to close and i needed to get comfortable work shoes desperately, for i am out of town and would be leaving the next morning. the workers were trying to hurry me out of the store but there was one helpful sweet guy who made sure i got shoes that fit me. i thank him so much. if it weren’t for him i would be in horrible shoes at work. i wish i knew his name

Another great return to soft moc, this time at a different location. Now I’m moving to fall footwear, I came for my blundstones! Once again, a great selection of colours and sizes, they do a great job of this everytime. The store was quiet which was nice, but I didn’t realise they had a strict one shoe try at a time policy. I wanted to compare the colours I was considering but the first colour was taken as soon as the second was given, or maybe they were trying to keep the store tidy? I’m not sure. Now, when I was paying, they seemed to have lost one of the shoes I was purchasing, in the amount of time I was waiting the other person I was shopping with had bought food in fresh street and made it back to the car and I still hadn’t paid yet, let me remind you there were 3 customers in the store. Finally, the shoes were found, and I was able to purchase my new shoes!! I love this store so much, I know it can be hard and stressful sometimes, but I truly love the shoes they sell it’s awesome!

Honestly, their summer clearance sale is amazing. The softMoc brand, I find, lasts and is very comfy. I got a pair of super comfortable and, in my opinion, comparable to the Birk brand, for a fraction of the price. The staff was training and it was nice to see how everyone worked as a team to help each other.

Came through store today was looking for 3 pairs of shoes. Not one staff offered help. Won't be returning

Spent 170+ dollars today and when I told them to give my the new pair they said that’s the only one they have! Come on. I don’t want the shoes worn by 100 people as it was in the display and shoes in the display and NEVER meant for sale, that’s what I have seen throughout my life. We changed the designs and yet again, the only option was to pick from the one from display as they don’t have fresh pairs. Are you kidding me? I mean is there a manager looking after this store????The response I got from the lady at the check out was the shoes that we chose were NOT worn 100 times as it was a stock they got for the season. Like think twice before you interact with your customer.Won’t be returning and will let my crew of 60 people I work with know the kind of service I have received. I know you don’t care but I’d rather not have my crew buy from you guys and go through the same experience I went through.

Asking for help in this store is a major inconvenience to the staff...... how dare you, as a paying customer interrupt or disturb the staff, by asking them to perform their job... if you're lucky enough to have someone there grace you with their attitude when asking for help make sure you tip them at least 25% for their troubles. Just so blessed a place like this exists as there's no other business online or in the world for that matter, that sells shoes.

Softmoc has excellent customer service, friendly and helpful. My Sorel slippers fit perfectly ( I buy a size up because I like my slippers roomy) The boots are SO compfy, warm and waterproof.... I absolutely love them!!

They warned us we had 5 minutes to close so myself and some other customers went straight to the till with our purchase. We paid and had no problem. But with 3 minutes left they told the customers behind they couldn’t purchase because they close in 2min. So they turned down a sale on multiple items and made the customer feel very unappreciated over 2 minutes.
