Lindt Chocolate Shop - Kanata

I came to this Lindt location a couple weeks ago and it was my first time at Lindt, upon entering I was greeted by a young man and offered me a sample, which I gladly accepted, I began to browse around and had some questions about their table deals, I was talking to the young man when someone (who I later learned is the manager) interrupted us and began re-telling me the deals which I found was incredibly rude for a manager to just butt into someone’s conversation halfway through, I expected the employee to be shocked however, he didn’t seem to be which makes me think this “manager” often interrupts his employees. He alsoOffered me another sample which I declined, I felt as though the manner he was giving it quite rude, shaking it in-front of my face, as if I were a dog, and just saying chocolate especially compared to how politely the other staff member had offered me the chocolate, unfortunately Dave was the employee I dealt with for the reminder of my time there.I Would recommend this location, as long as the rest of the employees aren’t like their manager.

This store offer regular price items. Discount only on post season box sets. Wish they have more selection on Ghirardeli chocolate.

Good chocolate quality - buying in bulk reduces the price. There are fewer flavor choices than I see in the US stores. Some staff were extremely friendly, some seemed annoyed. If you're buying in bulk you don't need to count - they can weigh it to check how close or far you are.

Had a very Bad experience with this store.Visited yesterday with my 1.5 yr son and other family members. One of the members gave my son one coin chocolate and we thought it was a sample (as they used to give once). But in the end we paid for that one tiny coin in the bill we got which we didn't ask them to give my child. It's not about money, it's about their perceptions towards their customers.At the end they gave 4 free Lindt when we complained but it was not worth it at the end.If you are getting samples, ask them if they are going to bill it or not!!The time is changing!!

I love it here! The chocolate is delicious and at a reasonable price!!

A place you should not really go in for health BUT the chocolates are fantastic. We purchased the $70 suprise box and found it had lots of great edible items. Staff very helpful and samples passed out to customers.

5 freaking stars for this place! Do you love chocolate? This is the place for you. They're probably the best prices I can find for Lindt chocolate. The staff is amazing! They even gave customers free samples! The variety in chocolates they had was impressive as well. If you're at tangers you have to visit this place!

Love lindt! Came in for Mothers Day treats. Love their deal 15 for $12 chocolate balls. Will be back so many flavors you cant find instores.

Manager was too lazy to hold a proper conversation when asked about contents because of allergies. Generally said you can't have anything here and ignored us afterwards. Should have verified the contents since some items were OK after examining items one by one ourselves.
