I LOVE this place! I always feel well cared for, and the stylists are very talented. I have no problem getting an appointment, and the hours work for me also. The scalp massages are my favourite! Thank you, Don! I am very pleased with the results!

Absolutely LOVE coming to Carte Blanche for my bio gel nails. I’m always treated so well, Alana is amazing and does a beautiful job every time. Highly recommend!

Place is very nice friendly staff. You are taken to the back in a secluded room for pedicures and manicures. We were 2 having classic pedicures and opted for shellac finish so we could put our winter boots on. The pedicure was great and colour choice is amazing! But once I got home tonight and touched my feet, I was disappointed on how poorly they actually removed the calluses and dead skin. I’ve never been disappointed of a pedicure before. For the price it’s really not worth it!

My bridesmaids, mothers and I got our nails done here before my wedding. We had such a wonderful experience, the staff took such great care of us and were very friendly. We all loved our nails and they looked fantastic! I got bio-gel nails for the first time and was so happy with my choice. They are super durable and lasted not only for the wedding, but also our honeymoon which was amazing.

I’ve been to Carte Blanche twice now & I’ve always left feeling like a Queen. Each time, Roy has done my hair and it looks fabulous. I highly recommend this salon to anyone who hopes to feel their absolute best! They truly care about their clients !

I was excited to try a hair salon with good reviews and finally be satisfied after a simple trim but alas. Looks like the job was done with kitchen scissors. Not much else to say:/ I was seen by Ruba.

I had my first “Express Spa Day” at Carte Blanche Haute Couffure & Spa in Orleans, Ottawa and I was treated like a Queen by their fantastic staff.Thank you to Roy Jouni, owner and Celeste Campeau for the treasured experience!I had a strawberry red pedicure, a Kerastase shampoo, trim and blow-out plus a Virgin strawberry mojito. They even have a food and drink bar - it’s total luxury!It’s well worth the trip to Ottawa!

Loved my experience here - everyone is so lovely and is there to ensure you’re comfort. I’ve never felt so well looked after during a hair appointment, nor have I had so many folks ensure I was comfortable (ie. having drinks, comfortable position, etc.)This was the first time I’ve been sent back to my chair to wait instead of sitting with my head cranked back in a sink which was neat and I really liked it! They also make sure you’re perfectly comfortable between each step.I also appreciate the bright professional atmosphere and helpful recommendations! Roy was my stylist and it was such a treat. He had amazing suggestions - I wasn’t sure what I wanted and was beyond happy with the result. It’s not often I leave a salon with a beaming smile - like the kind where you’re excited to sit down and examine the colour in pictures and selfies and show your friends?Also I love being able to sit and chat, but I especially love being able to sit in silence/moderate quiet, and so this was also an extra treat.Thank you Roy and all the staff at Carte Blanche! I just moved here and know where I will be going from here on out for hair cuts / styles / etc

A salon to look up to! Friendly service, amazing aesthetic & atmosphere.. My first professional hair cut in 4 years, Jackie (sp?) exceeded my expectations. Extremely attentive and asked throughout the haircut what I wanted.. superior service and I am in love with the cut! Will definitely be back!

The salon is lovely, and the entire team makes you feel special. Emily is very attentive and talented! She has a strong knowledge of colour treatments and other hair care. She always makes sure I am comfortable, and styles my hair beautifully. I can usually get an appointment at a reasonable time, and even at short notice. Thank you! I will call again!
