I had my first set of lashes done here. They were perfect! They've lasted a lot longer than I had expected.My esthetician was very friendly, gently and professional. I would 100% recommend her and will definitely be going back regularly.I do suggest that you dress a little warmer for a lash appointment because the building does run a little cold!

Love love love getting my lashes done here! Stephanie is super professional and always does a perfect job. Plus, the price points are very reasonable!

The parking situation is terrible I had to drive around for 15 mins trying to find a free parking spot. The lady that checked me in did not have manners as I thanked her and she did not say you're welcome...that goes a long way in my book. Then when I was done my tan she didn't ask how my tan went or bye or have a nice day or anything. They work off commission so I'm guessing she didn't like the fact that I didn't buy lotion from her and decided to go lotionless instead as their lotions are extremely expensive. Won't be going back to this location ever again.

Yesterday I was there for tanning and taught I ask if they could squeeze me in for eyelashes for my wedding. The lady at the reception was super helpful, arranged stylist, Steph to come within 15 minutes! She was absolutely amazing! Not only that my eyelashes look really nice, but her customer service was excellent! I had my nail appointment elsewhere 2h later, and normally I would have eyelashes done by that time. We had troubles with eyelashes sticking to my eyelashes so it took longer time then expected. I had to run to my other appointment and Steph was so amazing and offered that I can come back right after I am done. I came back to 8:30pm to finish the job to perfection. This customer service is very rare I cannot express my appreciation more. I highly recommend her services, as well as the whole studio :}

I have been getting my lash extensions done by Sabrina at this studio for nearly a year now. She is the best! Always does what I ask for and has great suggestions for subtle changes to my lashes. I look forward to my lash nap" every 2 weeks. The staff are friendly and the studio is clean and comfortable. Very reasonably priced for the quality of lashes and service. Sabrina rocks!"

Not a good experience. Arrived for a fill, quoted on phone for $85, the tech was insistent I did not have enough lashes and was trying to charge for a full ($145) set plus another $25 because I didn't get the current set at their location.So, over and above about twice what was quoted, she kept arguing about it, didn't even look closely at my lashes as I was about six feet away but apparently she was able to determine that I should be having a full set over a fill. I was fed up so left and won't return.I would not recommend this location and lash tech - the whole experience was frustrating, unprofessional and it felt insincere as they were trying to force me to pay for what was not necessary.

The staff were super friendly, it was my first time and they explained everything very well!

Best tanning experience I have ever had! I started coming to this location when the new owner took over. He is wonderful. Amazing customer service, rooms are updated and clean. You feel at home when you go here.

Cannot say enough good things about this Fabutan location! I have visited multiple locations throughout the city and this is by far my favourite! The studio is always clean, they are always running on time and the staff are SUPER friendly and accommodating to my crazy work schedule. I especially want to give a shout out to Carissa who always has such a warm greeting and friendly disposition every time I come it truly makes me feel welcome! Keep up the GREAT work!
