Young man named Pin moved my internet from Souris to Killarney, he was polite and quick to start the job. He even went above and beyond and tested some old coaxial cable system I had in my well for a better setup location. Would recommend his service for install in the future.

Had installer show up and did not like the suggestion to use existing holes in wall of my building or existing underground conduit for entry into my building. The installer was only looking for the easiest and shortest way in and wanted me to have drilled a hole for him. He did not bring the proper equipment to do the install (conduit tape) even after mentioning it on the call to set up the install.Hope we can find an installer that works with the clients.

I dropped off my router after canceling g my service. The counter person was kinda snarky and despite my saying I couldn't hear her she continued to talk far too quietly for me to hear her. Customer un-service ...one of the reasons I stopped using them.

false advertising saying you will only pay 95$ with tax and they charge you extra 5 dollars without telling you when you get your wifi. Very frustrating

If I could give them 0/5 I would.I cannot express how incredibly bad, pathetically slow, and insanely overpriced this absolutely garbage internet is.If there is ANY alternative available, I would highly recommend going with them instead.

Don’t know why there is not an option to buy the cable boxes instead of renting the old junk probably could have bought them 10 times over for the amount they charge to rent them no wonder people are dropping cable way overpriced for the low quality you receive

We just had our old Prism system replaced with the newer infinity system and the customer service was excellent. The technicians were respectful, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to ensure that we would enjoy our new system. We could not have asked for any better service!!

I called the Westman place in Brandon to get my router upgraded and asked what time they would be open on Friday as I had a long drive to get there they told be 8am to 8pm I drove 1.5 hours into Brandon to swap out my equipment and they closed at 5:30pm on Fridays so I wasted my time gas and money and now have to make another special trip another day to get it not very impressed
