Very bad experience and would not recommend them anymoreMy dog have an open wound and was told next appointment in 2 weeks. I expressed my frustration and in return I get a mouthful from the reception. I withdrew my file from them after being with them for 12 odd years.

This is a horrible vet. They do not have the animals health at heart, they constantly push additional exams, fees and services. Couldn’t even get my dog’s heart worm medication because they haven’t seen her in the last year, and must have a complete vet examination despite only needing her current weight. When I asked when the next appointment would be in order to be eligible for the heartworm I was given a date in 3 weeks…. They are never available for their clients. They are in it for the money & the reception girls are very rude! Any other vet would be better at this point.

Everyone was very nice, took their time to explain everything. It shows that they love animals. Anyone should feel comfort letting them take care of your animals. I save a lot of money going here compared to what I was quoted elsewhere. Their kindness is greatly appreciated

Ive had generally really good experiences here. For example, when my dog passed away in the middle of the pandemic, they let me in to be next to him during a time where they were not to allow non-staff inside. Last time I brought my puppy foe his first check up, the veterinarian seemed to do everything except check his ears.

Excellent service. The only vet I'll bring my pets to. You can tell that they really care about your animals which is super important to me.

This is a really nice place, my french bulldog “Buggie” had a problem with her eye and the vet managed to treated her really well.Prices are ok, the place always looks clean and the workers are always very welcoming. I am happy that I have found this place, it’s a 5 star recommendation!

Great experience! My cat needed emergency care and 24 hour clinics had me waiting for hours without any help. So I called them along many other vets. They took us in right away, super efficient, super helpful and very kind. Took care of the poor animal right away!

It was a very disappointing experience.Brought my cat last year around October to check for a strange skin condition under his paws. In the clinic they did blood tests and promised to follow up with a dermatologist. Of course, we paid for the consultation and tests. And we never heard back. My wife had to call back to get info on the blood results. The clinic never updated us on the feedback from the dermatologist. To this day we dont know if they actually consulted one.We took our cat elsewhere as his skin condition is coming back. When I called this clinic to tell them I was leaving, no one asked why or what was the problem. They didn't care.Again a very disappointing experience. I don't recommend it all. And it's a shame because it's very well located.Hope this review can help other people.

Updated review (May 2022):- New vet and techs are very nice and plan my dog's new disease, medication and diet plan thoroughly with me. They are very patient with me for all my questions and concerns.- They look out for my dog's well being, as well as, my wallet (ex: the vet suggested I can go to a local human pharmacy to purchase the same medications so that it is cheaper).- There is always someone available to pick up the phone and answer any questions even though they are super busy.- The new vet and tech are very compassionate. Under normal pandemic circumstances, I should not go into the examination room with them. However, they saw that my dog was very stressed (due to new disease), and allowed me to accompany my dog for the first blood retrieval so that both my dog and I can have a positive experience. After the first time, I am fully confident in them and so is my dog, so she goes in the room on her own with them now.-----(2020)Pros: At the visits, the vets and techs are all very nice. Went for a follow-up for an ear infection and received consult for her legs at the same time.Cons: 1. My dog was losing fur in patches and the prescribed antibiotic pills made her vomit and loss of appetite. We stopped the pills and she was given an injection. However, when that still did not help (refusing to eat and was weak), we decided to get a second opinion at another vet which remedied the situation.2. My dog had an ear infection and rash on her tummy. The examination fee was $80 ($69+tax). We went for a follow-up visit and was charged a $50 follow-up fee for two minutes with the vet. We should've asked beforehand if there would be a follow-up fee for seeing the vet and if there were, we wouldn't have gone because we were certain my dog was all cured. We feel like the fees for the check-up should be somehow be modulated according to the time spent. It was a hefty fee for a minimum check-up.
