I had my car towed and driver was super helpful walked me thru the whole process and was very professional, my car was towed and gave me a follow up call to let me know car was delivered, super happy with my experience with them. Highly recommend

Had my vehicle towed today by a gentleman named SAMEER QAHER. He was absolutely amazing. Polite, courteous and extremely professional. He totally put my mind at ease. Would not hesitate recommending him to anyone.

I lock myself out of the rental car, and it’s getting started a snowstorm. Hertz calls South Central to come for help, the tow truck driver Fraid saves me. Appreciated.

After speaking with a few other places on towing my car, I ended up on this one. Thankfully, Sam and the South Central Towing Team were able to positively impact my day, after just a bump in the road. Great service, great people.

Told me 10-15 min .... 9 hours later. Towed my car into the middle of the road. Completely incompetent engine didn't even put the car in the proper location. Completely incompetent and didn't even put the car in the proper location Would strongly recommend calling someone else.

Booked using insurance policy for roadside assistance. Kept giving me a timeframe and not holding to it. Waited 8 hours, when they would say 10-15min multiple times. Called back then said half hour (twice) then 18 minutes again. The driver himself called Me to say he'll be here in 40 minutes. An hour and 40 min later.... He finally arrived. Wasted a whole day waiting for them to arrive. If you give me an accurate timeframe I wouldn't have been upset. But stop lying. Horrible experience. I would have paid the $800 rather than have the insurance use these guys. Also driver did not listen to drop off instruction. Left it on the road. My mechanic had to come to shop after hours (since it was so late) to move it into the property. The excuse of traffic and being busy won't suffice for bad professionalism.

Unbelievable service yesterday. These guys were able to get a large vehicle out of an underground garage that no one else wanted to do! Came and dropped the vehicle off at the dealership and left communicated perfectly the entire time.

Do NOT hire this company and do NOT work for them! The owner is DISHONEST and has NO Integrity or work ethics. He will make you work 17 hr days and have you spot all the gas $ to tow vehicles every week from 2-3 hrs outside the city with no pick ups on the receiving end…waste of time and gas! He will make false Promises about bonuses and extra percentages that you will never see! He does not care for the well-being of his crew or whether or not they have families. This company is a joke and it shows with the high staff turn over. He rips off his staff and pockets your hard work. I will be reporting him to the ministry of labour and proper authorities.

Locked keys in with lights on in an underground lot right downtown and called my insurance company's roadside assistance- they said they were sending South Central and it would be 1.5hrs. Driver called my cell shortly after and showed up in less than 30 mins! Sameer was so friendly and calm and super professional. Exceptional service-highly recommended!!
