Too slow to be worth it. 15 minutes wait to order and then 15 minutes wait after for the food as they needed to make a fresh batch. The restaurant didn't anticipate that they would be selling large amounts of chicken at a fried chicken restaurants during a weekday around 6: 00pm.... pretty clear what's happening is they've been told not to make batches too large in order to try to save money and not have as much waste. Without any regard for customer wait time which is the point of fast food. Apart from some prep time I could make my own fried chicken for that amount of time. We will not be returning to this location anymore. The only reason that you got two stars is the initial order taker was very polite. That's it.

This location is also a Taco Bell, which is what I had for lunch. Service was great, atmosphere is typical fast food joint. The place was clean, including the washrooms. My two tacos filled me up, but as the old saying goes, they were nothing to write home about.""

My twister combo was disgusting . The lettuce and tomatoes tasted old, not like molded just wilted and soggy. There was so much mayo on my twister that it literally was leaking all over the place.Store itself was dirty, over all if it had not been for some nice workers. I probably wouldn't have spend the 53.00 $ there and just went to metro!Very disappointed in the quality and quality of the food now served.

Location is still nice inside, and they have added Baja Blast Mountain Dew to their fountain, but their food quality has dropped significantly. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich box, and got a regular instead... fries were cold and stale, and the only redeeming thing about my order other than my drink was the potato salad. Chicken tastes funny, and overall isnt worth the money. If you want anything chicken go to Mary Brown's over on the corner of Bridge and Sydney on the west end. Cant recommend eating here.

First to start the service is very slow. After waiting awhile to get my food I was eating my chicken burger and I found a hot wings sticker on the chicken with information on it about the hot wings and who prep the hot wings. I called the store and spoke with the manager and she said they would replace the chicken burger next time I come in but really I just wanted my money back

Usually I don't complain but I specifically said 10 piece bucket meal and they thought I had said 6 anyways I asked for 2 LG drinks, LG Mac and cheese and LG gravy got home and we got all wings, one drumstick and nothing else, not to mention there was only 5 pieces and not 6 too. I was up all night with acid reflex I felt so sick so I will not be going there again I'm not mad just really disappointed.

Definitely gotten poorer quality and standards... the big crunch had almost no chicken in it. Mostly breaded and the chicken was more fat and grizzle then meat. Honestly looks like they bought the walmart meat mystery 10 dollar packs..

I really enjoyed my experience with KFC employees today. Staff is really nice and polite also food was amazing!
