This is a pay and display lot, however, there is insufficient signs to indicate this. There is no indication on the signs for posted prices. Exists do not contain indication of pay and display. Instead of posting proper signage, they will provide you with a invoice for $100, but $50 if payed within 7 days. The sign on the outside says the amount is $69.75 / day. They also like to call this a ticket, it's an invoice, not a ticket.
