Casualife provided an incredible shopping experience to furnish our backyard space. The staff were both patient and knowledgable. They understood our budget and made great recommendations to suit our yard. Our patio stone installation was delayed and they provided alternative delivery service to suit our unexpected circumstances. We are thrilled with the furniture quality and aesthetic that we invested in. Much gratitude.

Buyer Beware!!!!! My husband and I eager to be ready for the summer and support local small businesses purchased outdoor furniture early in the season on March 30, 2021. Our in stock" lounge chairs were delivered as expected however we were told that they were waiting on a shipment and we could expect to receive our dining table and chairs in late June if we ordered immediately and paid in full. After paying Fifteen thousand dollars. We were notified by email that our delivery would not arrive until early July. Then another email arrived stating that now delivery was pushed back until the end of July. The most troubling part of this email is that the items had yet to be shipped and there could be further delays. Given that we have no real sense of when these items will actually ship and arrive we asked for some incentive instead of a refund by way of a reduction in the price. As many people are aware

We had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Casualife to get our terrace all set for summer! The showroom is lovely and spacious with quality product at competitive prices. Even more impressive was the customer service- email inquires were responded to promptly and with helpful information and our in-person visit was efficient with extremely kind and gracious sales staff. We will be repeat customers!

Quite a large showroom with a great selection of outdoor patio furniture options. We had a great shopping experience as we were primarily dealing with Sierra. We told her what we were looking for and she provided a lot of different options. She also explained in detail the aftercare and warranties of the Sunbrella products we purchased.Pricing is reasonable. Currently, an end of season sale is on, so many items are having an additional savings. This is a good time to shop if you're looking for a deal.

I love this store. It has so many good quality outdoor furniture. I love their style, classic that it will never goes out of style. IMHO the price is Mid high range. All the accessories are to die for. Outdoor pillows are very high end quality, but you will notice the difference. Delivery is not free.
