In just 4 months Whab Al-Harbi took me out of driving an entry-level economy car to a luxury sedan. I loved the economy car and had no issue with it, but Whab got me a better deal on a nicer car without breaking the bank. Working with Whab allowed me to get what I want without getting my hopes up. Not only did he educate me on how and why to manage my credit, but he also made a plan for me to build my credit with the first car. This wasn’t a one and done deal or a commission game. Whab was dedicated to educating me about credit and putting me in a position to constantly build it. In fact, he did such a good job that we expected I’d be in the first car for at least 8 months, however, within four months Whab called me and asked me to take a look at their inventory, and to see if anything caught my eye. Of course, I fell in love with the Mercedes and also the idea of driving it but not the expectation. Little Did I know, in only 4 months Whab was able lower my interest rate from 20% to just 6%, just 6%… in a better car… within the same budget! all without changing my day to day either. If I could give a zero, I definitely would. Traded in an suv for something bigger, for my kids and grandkids. Have had on going issues with this vehicle sense I got it, about a month ago. Censors for hood and back wiper needed to be replaced, I had to go buy new wipers for it, cause the ones on it were no good, and then needed wheel bearing replaced, dealership broke the ball joint getting the bearing off, so needless to say, I'm got stuck, steele advantage would not help me in anyway to get home, not with a loaner or with paying for a rental. And on top of that, rust spots on the roof were suppose to get repaired before picking up the vehicle, that didn't get done, and now I have to pay for repairs on the roof cause they won't pay for it when it was suppose to be done by them! Didn't have this most trouble with race auto group when I dealt with them, at least they made sure customers were taken care off!

I think 5 stars will not be a fair feedback for all the help and support that Kaylee has done for me. She helped me get what I want, she was amazingly patient and very fast in responding, she went that extra mile to make sure I get the car. Contacted via autotrader on a new Model Y, and glad I did. Whab contacted me shortly after and the communication was smooth the entire way. Right up until my dream car rolled off the truck and into my driveway. VERY highly recommend them.

I promise you there are many dealerships in the city for you to choose from! Do not choose Steele!They literally sold us a broken car, unable to pass a second Motor Vehicle Inspection just two months after the purchase.Clearly they were just looking to get rid of inventory regardless of the actual standard of the vehicle!They also did not provide a valid form of registration for the vehicle until the end of august, when we purchased the vehicle July 15th.We purchased a Jaguar F-Pace S from Steele, middle of July. And moved to another province the beginning of September. When attempting to get our car registered we took it to get a valid MVI for the province we are living.The car failed the MVI due to a multitude of reasons: completely rusted break callipers, engine cylinder issues, electrical issues, etc.We were fully sold this vehicle under false pretences, and if you were to choose a dealership to get your future car from, do not choose Steele.Let me tell you, NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Worst experience we’ve ever dealt with buying a vehicle, put a deposit on a vehicle that wasn’t able to be sold to us due to neglected work from the dealer they were receiving it from. Inquired about multiple other vehicles but they “had deposits on them” yet whenever we received our vehicle I inquired at those dealers and they never had a deposit on any of the vehicles. We asked for all weather mats which we never received, we had 2 chips in our windshield, the rear bumper had paint chips all over it and the rear quarter panel had a dent in it. Only thing they’re willing to fix is the windshield whenever they never disclosed any of this information prior to delivering it to us in another province and tried to tell us they didn’t see the paint chips on the bumper below the tailgate…. It’s a white vehicle and they’re black marks all under the tailgate, I find that hard to believe. If I could rate this a 0 I would as I’ve worked in dealerships before and this was absolutely mind blowing the sale/service/vehicle condition and willing not to resolve any of it but the windshield. I’ll never refer someone to use this dealership.
