I've had some pleasant visits here in the past, but the service is getting poorer. The staff is often rude and unprofessional. I have seen some of them laughing loudly and goofing off. I had ordered Waffle fries and I was only given a few dried up ones which were then mixed with regular fries. I was confused and disappointed and was offered no explanation for the awful food I received.

I don't think I've ever had a correct order through the drive through here. If they tell u to pull into the wait spot I'd expect the bag you get to be missing things. I've even told the people at the window that last time I was missing stuff but it doesn't matter, it just happens again. Honestly I'd go to the one on fraser highway down the street, for me they've had a better track record

Doors hardly ever open at 5am. Today it was just before 5:15am. On Thursday April 6th opened just before 5:30am. With a lot of people walking away. In business that's called bad business. I hope the owner get to know from this they are losing money because a bad manager and workers that don't open then door on time. I know I will not be back

Staff was not able to make the substitutions that was asked, which was understandable. My friend and I ordered food and when we got home the waffles fries were very stale. The worst part was that the spicy nuggets we ordered weren’t cooked. Very gross.

Slow inside service. 3 cars on drive through and we’re the only customers inside ordering. There’s 9-10 workers inside and it Took them 11:44 min for 2 medium fries and 1 coffee.

I came in to grab a bite after work and the vanilla chai frappe (always a mood-lifter), and the young man at the front was doing incredible. He was very polite but efficient, and smiling at each customer that came up to collect their orders. I didn't catch his name tag but he had dark, medium length hair and maybe glasses? I wish I could remember, he definitely deserves some praise

Very standard, rushed and inconsistent for food quality.Twice now I have been brought an incorrect order when asked to wait around the corner. This time I asked for a receipt and was aggressively refused. The woman at the window was adamant I not get a receipt for proof of what i ordered. I cannot stress do not go through the drive thru here.

Worst service ever!!! All tables are oily and dirty. No napkins available. When I kindly asked for more napkins so that I can WIPE THE TABLE BY MYSELF, the staff just ignored me for no fk reason. She heard me and had eye contact with me, and she asked me to wait then I had to stand there with my two toddlers watching her serving more and more customers without even responding to me any more!! Not sure she’s racist or she’s just genuinely not a nice person. This place sucks! I’ll never come again.

Made me parked bc they needed to get my chicken nugget meal ready ( that’s fine ) and they forgot about me and just no sorry’s, only asking are u sure u went through the drive thru was a pretty bad experience

Drive through staff here consistently make mistakes with your order. Have to go back to fix it every time. No apologies for wasting your time. Check your order before you leave. Fries are cold and not filled completely, I literally got half filled twice.
