We had the firestick installed almost two weeks ago by April of your firm. She was excellent, very knowledgeable and extremely friendly and courteous!! She initially tried to activate a firestick that we have owned for some 5 years however it would not work properly so she successfully installed one that she brought with her.We're delighted by the functionality of the stick; it's easy to use and quite intuitive!! We particularly love the fact it will broadcast past programs for up to 36 hours which eliminates the need to record some programs. Due to that function you really don't need to be concerned about the 5 hour maximum recording time limit of programs.Finally I must also mention the exceptional customer service provide by your call center staff. Anyone that I have spoken to when making a call have been extremely courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and most helpful!!

Since tcc took over my hurontel Internet we have been without Internet to many times to count. Get your stuff together tcc. I was forced to become a customer and your failing to get me service.Update.. still not happy with this place. Internet goes down for days at a time. No one answers the service number after hours. No one calls back. I wish I could give this company a zero.
