Climatik installed my HVAC system well and I have no problems with the product. After installation though, good luck getting anything from them. I've wanted to buy a smart attachment for my system and was told they offered it and set a date. They've moved that date 3 times and eventually just stopped calling me back to reschedule. I've been nothing but courteous and understanding.If this is how I'm treated for something I'd like to purchase for a price, I can only imagine if I had any warranty issues.EDIT: They've since addressed my issue.

Very poor equality I bought my a.c. from them in 2018 every summer so far I've had to have it fixed it keeps leaking non stop. I've been trying to get a hold of them just July 1st. No answer at all I left several messages. I have another company coming Monday to fix my unit

No longer answers phone after warranty is finished. My parents installed a heating and AC system with this company and it stopped working after a few months. They can and fixed it and after that it stopped working again and they won't come fix it.
