Best customer service I have ever received! Aqsa has gone above and beyond in serving me. She gave me the best deal and prices. I would highly recommend coming to this location you will not be disappointed. She's very kind, polite and patient and to top it off has a great sense of humour. Cannot wait to see her grow with Rogers, she has such great potential for the company.

Switched from bell, went from nightmare to the good life. AQSA and Corey were wonderful. She helped me fix my issues without a problem. They were very charismatic and eager to help me. Great customer service I would recommend anyone to come to this rogers.

My family and I are super thankful for both Asqa and Alexis’ help for the past couple of days. We switched over from Freedom mobile to Rogers after being with them for 10+ years, and despite all the complications Freedom was giving us by not releasing our existing phone numbers (we dealt with them for over 3 days) - both of these girls were incredibly patient and understanding in helping us with this frustrating situation. They both provided amazing customer service and would definitely recommend coming to this location!

If anyone needs help with a phone, I definitely recommend this location and working with the customer service rep named Aqsa- she is friendly, knowledgeable and super efficient. Highly recommend for a positive customer service experience!!

Just bought 14 pro from rogers and paid them $50 processing fee and went in store to get new sim as replacement and girl tried to charge me 10$. Everyone is giving sim card for free and this store always wants money from every customer.Never coming back!

I’m writing this review on my new phone Aqsa went out of her way to ensure I got! This girl went above and beyond what is expected and quite literally kept in contact for over a month to ensure I got the best deal possible. Her customer service skills will take her very far in life. She is undeniably a huge asset to Rogers and they are lucky to have an employee to represent them. I can’t thank her enough!!

Went to upgrade my phone plan and came out with a brand new phone and plan within my budget all thanks to Aqsa! She provided some of the best customer service I have ever experienced and made the process so seamless. I could not be happier! Aqsa deserves a raise.
