We couldn’t be happier with our experience with the Tait Real Estate group, more specifically Jamie Tait. As first-time home buyers, we had an idea as to what we were looking for and the area, but really, we did not know much past that. Jamie helped us buy and sell our homes. He Is extremely knowledgeable on the market and how houses were moving. He helped us close the deal on our townhouse very quickly, was always available for questions, and kept us notified of everything that was going on. He pointed out a few things in our home that the home inspector expanded on, which meant no surprises for us when we moved in. I don’t plan on moving again but if we ever had to I’d ask Jamie for help again in a heartbeat.
