They were A-OK! They were able to source me two tires in 2 days whereas other places could not provide or said 3 weeks... maybe. I will return again.

Very bad experience had a appointment for 3 pm arrived an hour early waited around for over an hour and a half. They took customers that came after me that never had a appointment. Never got the work done i came for workers were walking around not paying any attention and avoiding me.Left went down street Andys tire took me right away without a appointment stay away from this business i am.

They replaced two of my tires that were completely warn and did a weld spot on my egsughust all for under 400.00. friendly fast and did a very good job.

We broke down on the side of the Trans Canada heading back home to Ontario. Ok Tire was the only shop that was able to get us in that day. As soon as we arrived even though they had other appointments happening they looked at our truck and pulled the code for the issue we were expecting to get us into the dealership faster. The guys inside we're very nice and professional. Considering the break down the experience with them was wonderful.

Excellent service! They were able to fit us in for a same-day appointment when all other mechanics in town were booked up for weeks.

Extremely dissatisfied and unhappy with the service received here. I stopped at this OK Tire location to have a vibration issue fixed. I have to wait until next day for the mysterious part to arrive. Next day after been charged a bill more than double of what was initially estimated, I noticed the vibration issue continued. If I have had the time I would have stayed longer at this location so I can fight to get my money back, but we are out of province visitors. If I had known the vibration would continue after spending almost $600, I never would have accepted the bill. No, I don't recommend this business, especially if you are from outside of town. Please, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Had recently purchased brand new relatively expensive rims for one of my vehicles and brought them in to be balanced and have a set of tires mounted on them. Was not disappointed with the results! Dan was the tech that handled my wheels and did a fantastic job! Not one scratch anywhere and was able to mount the tires with a bit of stretch on a wide 17” rim. The staff inside was friendly and quick, will definitely be back for any more wheel work and recommend to the highest degree!

Great place to get your car fixed.Always had friendly service from these guys.Recently went in with noisy brakes. Got a reasonable estimate and they went ahead with the work. The job was done early and the final bill was lower than the estimate since the job went quickly.Nice to have found a reasonable place to get automotive work done!John Middleton.

A huge thank you to Bernadette, Derek and Dan at OK Tire. I called several tire shops when I noticed I had a slow leak in a tire that was quickly going flat when I was driving through the county on a work trip.Although they were booking 1-2 weeks out for appointments, as most tire shops were, they were the only ones that yes, take your car in right away and we will take care of you. I was in an somewhat emergency situation that day and take care of me they did! I arrived with a flat tire not knowing the possible outcome and the great people at OK Tire took me in right away and had me back on the road in less than a half hour allowing me to safely make it home to my wife and kids that day.With service and compassion like that, I would highly recommend this company to anyone in Nova Scotia.
