Rogers

Great experience with this store. Very knowledgeable staff, super friendly and polite. As a 3rd party for Rogers you don't get the regular treatment you normally get with Rogers themselves. They explained everything in detail, saved me quite a bit of money, and I didn't have to call Rogers a dozen times to fight with them afterwards. Briana was incredible to deal with . Best sales rep I've had in 15 years dealibg with cellphones. Cody and Hailey are great as well. If you deal with Rogers as a carrier you should deal with this store.

I came in today to get a new phone and I had Cody and Brianna help me out had such a great experience great customer service friendly workers would definitely recommend if getting a new phone to ask for either one of them :) very happy with their service .

Came to this store to purchase a tempered glass screen protector for my S10+. After speaking with an employee named Matt (ironic isn't it) I was told the 45$ Ishieldz was the best. I was told that the company worked closely with Samsung to ensure seemless function. I asked 2 specific questions.1) is there adhesive all along the back of the screen and not just the sides?1)A. I was told that yes, that Matt had installed many and that there is adhesive all along the back. However, as I type this I can clearly see the tape strip that just covers the edge. Lie number one.2) I asked if this screen protector will work with them optical finger print sensor in the screen.2)A. I was told that yes, it's the only one that does. And that the company worked closely with Samsung to ensure this was the case. Lie 2I left the store and returned no more than 5 minutes later because the finger print sensor didn't work. I asked to return the product but was told by Matt that he couldn't return it as the box was open and that I would have to deal with the company. He was also very abrasive and rude and was trying to get me out of the store. I'm angry I was lied to twice by an employee and wasted 45$. Go else where

So.. apparently one bar of 3G counts as the service area and if you force the phone onto the ext network so you can get calls and check email etc, they shut you out. I live and work in the one bar of 3G areas. Sorry Roger’s here’s your hat, you know what to do with it. Switched to Telus.

I went into the rogers in the pembroke mall, I have no complaints the staff was so welcoming! They transferred everything off my old phone onto my new phone!My plan was lowed!!!!i will be coming back to deal with the staff!

Nice small little store, friendly staff. Bit of a wait as only one person was working.

My expectations for Canadian cell companies couldn't get any lower, yet I am still disappointed.Went to get a Black Friday Deal as I heard Rogers had good coverage in the area. The price was good and I was ready to make the switch from Bell. I was told that they had to submit a token and they would call me back when it was ready. The voicemail said the token was in and to stop in 'anytime' and they would have it ready for me.When I came in to pick it up I was told that the price had gone up, and they have never held prices. I don't understand why I wasn't told to sign or pay in advance to reserve" my price

Recently got a new iPhone 13 from the store manager. He made the experience so seamless and even moved everything from my old phone to the new one.Plus I got to stare into those blue eyes for awhile longer while he did it. ;)

Best thing happened. There web page sucked so bad i never went any farther. Saved $$$. Web page said type in city, so i did and it suggested every city in ontario except the one i wanted. And they have a store 3 blocks from me.

Kyle and the team were fantastic, got me a great deal and took care excellent care of me. Highly recommend going in, you’ll be in great hands!
