Gary handled my injury case very well. However when I hired this law firm for my divorce/custody case..they failed me. I went through 3 lawyers with no explanation as to why? Finally to be dropped all together after signing a lean to the divorce property. In the end I should have not had to pay them anything for the treatment I had. Still no explanation to this day. I guess it was ok to treat a woman of indigenous decent this way even though Gary is indigenous himself.

Garry Benson was my lawyer for 2 home purchases in less than a year. His staff treated us like garbage on our 2nd purchase and we will simply never return. We were given multiple excuses for their shortcomings such as short staffed or extremely busy, but they love to take on new clients and provide the lowest possible standard of service to their existing clients. They do not return calls or emails after they take your money. Steer clear of this place. There are plenty of places in Kelowna that actually care for their clients like FH&P or Touchstone Law. Don’t make the mistake.

Really bad practice. Lawyer doesn't listen to you and will yell at you till you cry. Happily take money that they have no earned. Ignores everything u want and do everything u don't want. Tyler Fulkerth was the worst experience I've ever had.

I used Benson Law at the recommendation from a friend and was not disappointed. I worked with Ana, who answered all my stupid questions and put up with all my changes and modifications.They were great to deal with and responsive to emails and calls.They reviewed documents and provided guidance on my investment into a company as a partial owner, something I would not have been able to handle on my own, and certainly wouldn't have gotten this level of service from the lawyers I have worked with in the past.
