These days you could go have a proper meal in a pub for the price you pay for a poorly prepared burger and fries at McDonalds.They make weird substitutions like putting a cheese slice on their chicken snack wraps instead of shredded cheese.Usually, poor experiences like these happen when the menu becomes too big and complicated. Maybe McDonalds Canada should think about going back to a smaller menu and focus on doing that well.

We stopped for breakfast via the drive thru. We were really impressed with the way the young woman took our order and showed patience & understanding while we fumbled for our rewards program code. She was articulate and friendly. Our food was served quick and hot.Great job!

I go back about once a year thinking I just had a one time bad experience the last time . Seriously, the chicken in McChicken can't get any smaller. On other occasions, I get caught on long road trips. So hungry I could eat cardboard and the golden arches appear, what are you gonna do? Bathrooms are always spotless!

The last 3 times i have come here i have had very long wait times. I went here today and they didn't put fries in the kids meal i ordered. Plus the fries for my meal were only half full. Oh and i ordered a double BLT with cheese and got this...no Bacon, Lettuce or Tomato. I didn't notice until i got home or i would have taken it back

So normally I have a decent trip to this mcdonalds, they usually forget sauces and sometimes straws but I had the weirdest experience today. I ordered 2 kids chicken nuggets meals, a 6 pack nugget meal and a 20 pack nuggets with 2 fries and 2 large drinks. I get the two happy meals with their drinks and everything is fine. I get the 6 pack of nuggets with drink and fries. Then we got the 20 nuggets, they only gave us one of our fries and they did give us our two drinks. Now when I was paying in drive thru I double checked with the girl because she only said 1 large fry. I said it should be two and she so oh yes sorry I see it now. So when I got home and saw the other was missing I wasn't surprised. Now the reason I'm rating the way I am is because I slightly knocked over my drink after drinking some of it and it made a weird noise. I opened up the large drink to find a small cup inside. I'm very confused if someone actually gave me a small in a large or what. However I couldn't make this known to them as they didn't provide me receipt as well.I really hope this isn't the case that someone intentionally gave a small drink in a large cup in disguise. Needless to say this was very disappointing to see.

Historically a good place to get food with accuracy. However mistakes do happen with drinks. Double check your drink order

Went thru drive thru - confirmed order at pay window and it was corrected.Was then told to park in a #'d spot since food not ready- was handed wrong food by employee even after confirming contents of bag as she handed it over..then when I checked the bag it was wrong. 10minutes after this mix im still waiting for my food. The fries were cold in the middle so it wasn't even fresh after waiting that long..

They just had renovations and took out the self serve drink station. They did the same to the one on prospect Street.This makes it inconvenient for the customers to get another drink,And it makes it inconvenient for the Macdonalds staff as well, they have to stop what they are working on to assist with a refill.Very poor thinking.

Newly renovated. Having to walk through the drive thru lineup is a bit weird but seems to work. Like everything else, meal costs are getting a bit high.
