The store on Jewel is a complete joke. Door is locked at night. I've spent 10 minutes standing there banging on the door while the clerk is on a phone. Or around the store with headphones in. I just sent my daughter for me cuz Im stuck in bed and she came home and asked me to call them because she banged for 5 minutes and no one is there! He answered when I called and basically called her a liar. Said hes been sitting there and no one was at the door! Once I went for fever meds for my youngest in a super panic. Took a 10+ minute video of myself after already trying for about 5, just to have proof the next day, and still nothing. I ended up having to go to Shoppers. Not just me either. Friends and neighbors have the same problem. I understand that they have been robbed but headphones while on a personal cell phone at work with doors locked is just unprofessional and completely uncalled for. If someone drives through your door again will you even hear it? Do your job!

I just came to buy something here and I wanted to pay in cash and I couldn't buy it because they don't have chance, really?How is that possible?

Mask mandate on front door I guess people don't read your sign, almost every time I try to come by there is so many customers with out a mask I would suggest asking for a mask. Either way I'm not coming back!

Their cigarettes are $2 more per pack than anywhere else. I mentioned it to the clerk and he just shrugged. Never really had a good experience there. Have had to wait till the clerk was done his call in his cell phone to get served. If two are there you have to wait till they are done talking.

The best slushie flavour selection in this area on a hot day. I’ve never gone to the store at night but never had any issues with the day staff, they’ve always been friendly.

They never clean out the slurpee machine. No matter how many months in between visits the slurpees are always nasty and borderline inedible. Also, they have no idea what food safe actually means and thier roller grill is always contaminated with 8 hour old garbage. The vibe is lazy and dirty. Old go here when I have no other choice and I always regret it

Don't go here for Convince.Asked to buy one of their products behind the counter. Because they hadn't supplied the proper equipment for the store clerk to reach, I was asked to wait an hour for someone taller to start shift.

Walked there freezing cold at 1:30 am on a winter night to get cat food but the door was locked and staff were nowhere to be seen. I called and asked if they were still open and I told them the door was locked and they hung up on me.
