Normally this taxi service is great, but tonight, 2 of their operators hung up on me for not having the exact address of my location for pickup. This is ridiculous because the pickup location was Absolut Condos beside Square One. Google Maps wasn't showing the exact Address (for some reason) and this resulted in two calls being abruptly cut off. No customer service skills.Thinking Uber might be the way forward.
