Well there is no potable water, a few janky washrooms, peeling paint every where, it's mouldy and it is creepy- perfect for film!

Crease unit used to house veterans who suffered mental issues after the second world war. They can only stay for 4 months. It was named after Dr. Arnold Crease. It cost the province 2 million to build in the late 30s to 40s.

The chance of seeing or hearing things that go bump in the night is quite high. We film here quite often and it always gives me the creeps! Haha!!
