Well there is no potable water, a few janky washrooms, peeling paint every where, it's mouldy and it is creepy- perfect for film!

Crease unit used to house veterans who suffered mental issues after the second world war. They can only stay for 4 months. It was named after Dr. Arnold Crease. It cost the province 2 million to build in the late 30s to 40s.
