Buyer and seller beware !Please don't get fooled by her pretty smile. Sonia Soleimani real estate practices are very deceiving.I met with her to sell my home and she insisted on listingit at a very low price to cause a bidding war.I told her I was not comfortable with that and she followd with a series of don't worries. Then she tells me if I pay her commissions in cash she would lower it by 1%. I never called her back, I don't want to deal with someone with shady business practices.BEWARE.

This company hires scammers. The person in question is Maxime Bergeron, worst real-estate agent I’ve ever come across. He tried to sue my sister because she didn’t end up signing the contract since there were BIG damages in the property that were well hidden when she came to visit. Save your money and go elsewhere. They try to scam you and then he acts like a child when he doesn’t get what he wants.

Moses Kim & Maxime Dechene are shake down artists. Tried to do cash grabs after his clients have already signed a contact with no conditions. They have no real knowledge on the real estate market or process in Quebec and threatens the other party. They read zero documents provided and did not explain them. They are only in it for the commission. Shake down artist who when told no threatens you.AVOID at all costs, horrible experience and overall bad.The Response from the Remax team wants to dismiss my experience with them, I invite anyone to contact me directly as I went through it first hand. Their agents Moses Kim & Maxime Dechene threaten to not show up with their client on signing day unless, I as the seller gave back cash to their clients AFTER we already accepted their signed offer. They used this tactic with 1 week to signing day. They are shake down artists who are not professionals, I repeat AVOID at all costs for any services as they don't have your best interest in mind.

First time buyer. I found my prefect home a few months ago in this crazy market. When we visited the place I liked, we made a single strategic offer and it got accepted!!! Sure, there's always duproprio, but the peace of mind you get when dealing with an agent (specially as a first time buyer) makes it worth it. Thank you so much Sonia and Edith ❤
