I love this place

This company is doing sidewalk repairs in our neighbourhood, and I am disgusted at the careless way they are treating our street trees and boulevards. They totally disregard the tree branches and trunks and only when they notice that someone is watching them does the operator with the scoop on the front, take care. I caught them crashing into some low branches but as soon as they noticed I was there, they quickly changed the approach and were able to avoid the tree. On thursday, they gauged bark off a tree at 1871 Stonepath.There is no good reason why they cannot hand dig where trees are endangered. That equipment is way too difficult to operate in close proximity to trees etc.We cannot afford to lose any more of our street trees. Pacific is being environmentally irresponsible. Trees take many years to mature.

Do not use for residential services. They are clearly only interested in the big jobs. They quoted in May of 2021, we signed up in June of 2021 and work was to take place the first week of July 2021. Only no one ever showed. Kept emailing and calling our contact and kept being told there were delays. During Covid I understood, at the end of the summer we decided to do it first thing in the spring. Spring came and went, we were clearly still not first on their list as promised. More delays and more broken promises and we made it through 2 complete summers without getting the job done. It wasn’t a small job either - 30K range, just not big enough for them. Absolutely brutal.

Very unprofessional company, emailed and called them multiple times however no reply back. They fail to pay truckers on time despite how many times you reach out. What a shame!
