Western Union Agent Location

This branch specifically is super badAll the bad services they have ,they also do some fraud.I was supposed to receive 318 they gave me 308 and when I came back to them they asked me to come back another time !!!know it's just a few dollars but they did it.They might do this to others so I thought I should say something.Be careful

A year after my original review and the service is not better. If you can avoid this location and Western Union do it. People send money through here due to emergencies. Stop treating people like garbage.

Employees do NOT have the courtesy, very bad service, and Western Union does NOT have the money to give it to you!!It happens to me almost every time I go to this specific office, the employees are UNBELIEVABLY RUDE and treat you as if you are begging for their money not they already have your money!!On top of that, many times I struggled to find the time to go there and they were OUT OF CASH!!! Can you even imagine that?!! You have one job Western .. one job!

Today I reached here at 7pm.a d girl told me that it is closed and please leave from here.opening hours is 9pm, so unproffesional. I just used this place because it is nearest location for us but really the staffs are very unprofessional.Recently I went there for some transaction and a girl at the counter was continuesly chating on her phone while doing my transaction and finaly she did a mistake on name so I have to get back for correction..worst place..should be close and specially female employees shoudnt be hired OR management should watch their activities..All female employees working there and most of them doesn't have knowledge/respect for customers. Need to hire efficient, and good employees and need to hire on incentive based on transactions, so they might be more serious about there jobs..On Saturday morning it took almost 60 minute for one client and 10 people were waiting in line..only one lady to serve the clients..very very bad services, dont understand why this lication is still allowed to serve the people..Laval authorities is either sleeping or just closing their eyes for some reason..

My first time going there, girls start talking about an old man who just walked out saying lol he has no money

Very bad serviceI tried to send money to Dubai they ask me like 2659.55 after they took the money the lady said you should call a number and give the code and after they can receive the money in Dubai. I asked why she said I don't know and I said ok I will call. I call and after 25 minutes of asking full informations she said we can't transfer the money. I said ok I want to refund my money back she said ok I'll give you a code so you can refund your money. I get the code on Saturday , Monday i went to get my money back and at that time it was the sudden the lady in the brunch told me to come Thursday maybe I can get my money back and not sure.

I don't know why it's open? I went now to this western union, but she doesn't care about the clients. Once before I stand to the line. Then after 30 minutes I left, becase, no one work. Really, I don't know why they keep such a staff???

Rude, unrefined, disrespectful, unprofessional girl at the counter. If the management is planning to keep this employee, she should be enrolled in basic customer service training courses urgently. I feel sorry for her... but she actually deserves a ZERO star.

I give them zero for service they gives to people today i spend 40 mins after they serve me

Customer service sock in here the girl with glasses need to chill we are customers at the end of the day. I know the owenr could care less but customers do.
