The person I talked to was not nice at all. It's an Eastern European agency I do call them from time to time when I can't find something online and I always got help but this lady I never talked to her before she sounded Asian the other ladies are Easter Europeans I can hear the difference. just called for general information about PCR test to transit in Germany and as soon she found out the ticket wasn't booked with them she just kept repeating ask your agent. I told her I don't have it as I booked online she kept saying to call your agent and hung up.Update******As I'm not able to replay back to the owners respond ....I'm ok with booking online.The lovely ladies before had no issues of looking up information in the past even in December 2022And it's ok I called another agency right away and they answered my question with no hesitation. Thank you.

Typical Cuban dated hotel. Same food everyday, no materials to fix what is broken. Comparable to Melia Las Dunas. Lots of people from Montreal.

Parcels come to the destination on time. However, the staff is rude and you always feel like you are not welcome there.One more thing. If you want to send a parcel through Piast come with your parcel ready for shipping. They will not provide the box.

I would never recommend these agency, i bought very expensive ticket a week ago, agent BARBARA was not professional with my payment, also she is not professional agent, she sold me very expensive ticket to PUERTO PLATA, DR.Its not good agency.

Booked a flight and had some issues with papar work asked the travel agent for help she refused to help and said all she does is sell tickets he job was done ..unbelievableRude and unprofessional. Now most people book online and the fact that someone is coming in person to book a fight should not have to deal with ignoranceThis is why they have have 2 locations in the city..go to a better agency who will respect your business
