Owner is the worst sales/service man I have ever had to deal with. He does not return phone calls. He is not transparent about services and he charges for things you do not ask him to do. He has lost a boat trailer with a plate for almost 7 months now and has no explanation. He is unprofessional and unreliable. I don't understand why anyone would ever be a return customer of his.

would never go back there tried it one year was told it was a great marine it was a lie I watch 3 boats go under water there with in one summer and the service was terrible wouldn't recommend them at all

Using Mid-River Marina was the worst decision I could've ever made. Stored my jet skis with them for the winter, they removed them from secure storage at my request to get them ready for the summer, but left them on the trailer completely unlocked on their marina yard, at which point they were stolen. Mid-River offered me nothing for their negligence - just terrible customer service. Avoid them at all costs.
