I have been to many Reno Depot but never have I received a service as good as this one! Charles one of the directors was extremely helpful and offered me a 5/5 stars service and was very happy to do so which is pretty rare nowadays. I left very satisfied and I will definitely be back!

Wide selection of Reno-Depot items (so Craftsman, Kobalt, Flex tools) and building materials but woefully hit or miss in terms of staff and service. Sometimes you’ll get outstanding service and other times spend 20 minutes looking for someone who doesn’t know anything. Great purchases if you catch them on special.

Reno isnt my favoured diy/builders shop, however if you compare between it and HDepot, you can find the same product cheaper at one or the other, staff are becoming much more helpful at Reno too!

Today had a bad experience in the store .the price of the article was different what the cashier trying to sell me . Then the assistant manager came and ask me to follow to the aisle so I can show her where is the price but she showed no respect at all. Looks like she treating customers like her employees it dosen't make any sense to me . No please no thank you, nothing . The store need to monitor those kinds of employee.

This location, like most of its stores, is a great place for home needs. It’s well organized and very similar to all the other stores. Their seasonal items are always easy to find. Good service and nice staff

Very helpful people and knowledgeable staff. I would usually go to Canadian Tire or Home Depot but I have been better served at Reno-Depot lately and this has now become my go-to store for tools and home renovations.

We were at the lighting session for a while during Monday evening at 6:30pm, and no one was there to help. Finally we found an employee for help, however he wasn’t in charge for the lighting session, so he broadcasted for the person who was in charge. Another couple heard the broadcast, also stood behind us to wait for the lighting guy. After 5 minutes of waiting, the lighting guy arrived and spoke to the other couple first, we were being ignored even though we tried to speak with the guy and let him know that we were the ones originally asked for him via broadcast. Long story short, a big store with little displays available and with no help. We were not impressed.

Typical Reno store. Ample parking space, the lumber department has better quality wood than Home Depot. Not many associates who work the floor.

Never buying a product from a Reno or Rona again. And I recommend all reading this to think carefully before buying appliances or products from this chain.Reno sold us an expensive appliance, which is still under warranty, and is beginning to malfunction -- but the appliance company went out of business. Now, Reno has thrown it's hands in the air and said this is not their problem and will not help us with fixing the product or with the warranty. In addition, technicians are unwilling to work on the appliance since they say it is a fly by night" company that Reno sold to us and can't get any parts.So much for standing behind the products you sell to your customers
