We had put in all information at booking (that our driver was 21) and it let us book and sent us confirmation and everything. we got to the car service and they told us we can’t take the car since the driver is under 23. it shouldn’t have let us book and it shouldn’t have charged us for insurance, will be requesting a refund. We are stranded with no car with no help from the desk either.

Harpreet was kind enough to upgrade our vehicle from a Ford Transit to a Mercedes Sprinter. He answered all our questions and concerns. Would definitely recommend to family and friends and would rent again. Thank you, Harpreet, for the wonderful experience

Extremely bad customer service. I put in an online request on a Wednesday for a rental service on a Saturday, i never received a confirmation or follow up - so i sent an email asking for an update on Thursday and they said they couldn’t confirm as their internet was down.. they never followed up after. On Friday i email again asking “can you confirm my reservation for “Saturday?” A simple email reply was sent to me “ we have no Ford Transit available for tomorrow and also if something is available it won't be rented for one day as Sundays and holidays we are closed.” That’s fine, but why not just explain this on Wednesday when i sent the request? Really bad communication - would not recommend as you cannot rely on this business.

Do not go to this rental car company. I repeat DO NOT use their services. Rented a van for a ceremony and we knew to take videos beforehand of the car to make sure they wouldn’t make a claim that we damaged car during our use. Funny enough, these guys called us back after returning the car and said we were responsible for causing a pre-existing scratch that was already there! They said they were going to take legal action and siphon money from us but they shut up fast after we told them we had a video of the car before we used it. Besides them having the most horrible office and crusty couches, I hope this review haunts your company. You know we can’t do anything such as taking legal action for your lies, so I left you a review have a good day

Worst service ever! They are scammers!! they book the car but don’t tell you what you need to get the car when you get to rental desk!! Please don’t waste your time and money booking with them they have the worst customer service every

My friends rented a van from this company for a trip to Grand Bend and they were given a van in such poor shape it should have never been on the road. One look at the tires and anyone with a brain can see how bad the condition is, with serious wear and some very concerning cracks. On the way back one of the tires completely failed and blew while the van was driving down the highway with all of my closest lifelong friends inside. If it wasn't for the quick, responsible reaction from the driver to maneuver the van safely" to the side of the highway

I rented a 7 seater bus and my experience was fantastic. My flight was delayed and the owner kept in touch with me to ensure a more convenient time for pick up. He picked me up at my hotel to complete my car rental registration! My family and I enjoyed the vehicle with no issues and when I went to drop off, he took me back to my hotel so I could join the shuttle back to the airport. Very responsive and respectful. I would recommend.

This disgrace of a business needs to be dissolved immediately. My friends and I rented the 12 seat van for a weekend away. On the drive back, our front tire basically evaporated on the highway. We swerved off the road and luckily we're able to stop before hitting a guard rail and ditch. After getting the van picked up by caa, paying for taxis to Canadian tire, paying for the tire to be replaced, we dropped the van off. Both the tow truck driver and mechanic at canadian tire said the van was in horrible condition and that it never should have been rented out. The tires all needed to be replaced, we could have been killed by this guys negligence. Same day I call to try and get my $600 deposit back...this sad excuse of a business owner starts yelling at me and telling me we hit something on the road, it's our fault, etc. Long story short, I'm out $600 for this companies terribly maintained cars, we are lucky to be living but please do not support this place, like I said, they deserve to go bankrupt. We will be taking them to small claims court and pursuing justice until the end. #farewelltour

I just rented a 9 passenger SUV and had a good experience. This is the second time I rented a vehicle at this place; the first time I rented a 12 passenger van. This was 5 years ago and had a great experience.The vehicle I just rented (Suburban) was in a very good condition and I had no complaints with the manager's service. He is busy helping people so don't complaint if he can't give 100% of his attention. He does what he can to handle his business as a one-man enterprise.

I hired a 12 seater van for a family reunion and found the service exceptional. The vehicle was exactly what we needed and Harpreet couldn't do enough for us. Highly recommend this company.
