Great staff. You can tell a number of them have been with the company a while. Which says a lot about the way its being run and managed. They carry an extensive line of dewalt tools and are able to match and sometimes beat Amazon's prices. Rather spend my money at a family owned business than Amazon anyway. Great local hardware supplier!

It may be smaller than the nearby Rona or Canadian Tire store but appears to have more items for doing actual work by having the pieces and parts needed for a project. The big box stores didn't have the items we needed so we came here before heading to a specialty shop downtown. We're glad we did add they had all the pieces and parts we needed and sometimes at a better price also.

Customer service was awful today well picking up our online order.Walked in and went to customer service to see two employees taking apart the exact fan that was in our order. We asked if that was our fan and they said no this is someone’s return and to which we asked if there was something wrong with the fan or if they just didn’t like it. Normal questions to ask…They proceeded to just stare at us and say no. They then pointed at the lady at the cash and said pick up your order with her, which was normal and totally fine. We tell that lady our names and she rudely says “only phone number” we gave her the only phone number used to make the order and she said there’s no order with this number. We then showed her the email confirmation showing the phone number used which wasn’t showing up in their system. The lady at the cash and the younger lady at the customer service desk both told us “well there’s no order” and proceeded to just assume it was our fault. We showed her what we ordered so she could go double check the back and instead of saying she will go check for us she reminded us that there’s no order under that phone number and that we probably messed up. She then finds our fan and says nothing to us but connected to the fan was the order confirmation papers and in big bold letters was our CORRECT phone number used to place this order. Both ladies then said nothing to us even though we still thanked them for helping. We then asked if there was anything else like showing her our ID for the order and she said “Yep.” As she stood there rolling her eyes like we were supposed to know to have our ID and credit card used to pay ready for her to approve. Finally we were leaving and we still said thank you but got nothing not even “have a good day” in return.The only positive was how clean and organized the store was.Although I definitely won’t be going back, I’m glad it was well organized.

The best thing about this store is you can always find someone who can help you or that will find someone who can.

I barely write reviews and if I do, my experience is either really bad or tremendously excellent. For this story, it is the latter. The staffs helped me and went extra mile to get my objective completed. As a note, your guy in tubing area should get a raise. He helped me a lott

Has a good small town feel for a hardware store. Friendly staff. Lot's of variety but low inventory on some items. Not great for need right now" items."

The manager Chris is one of the most customer friendly and caring ppl going. He goes out of his way to satisfy your needs. Even if he doesn't have the exact part you need he will try to McGivor one. Thx Chris. The part worked great. Big Box Stores got nothing on you.

The customer service is awesome. Paint department crew is amazing
