Worst Tim Hortons. Today I ordered, decaf coffee with 1 cream and it was cold after standing online more than 10 minutes . I notified the server who gladly gave me another one but it was no better, same cold for my liking .This happens every time, I come here. Not sure if it's the 1 cream that causes this or what but next time I'll try it black and see the difference. Service is very slow if you go in, instead of drive through. The place is dirty and noisy when students are around.

The food was ok, and the service was very good. The dining room was relatively clean but very crowded and in my opinion not set up well. They have washrooms but only one person at a time and an employee has to open it for you so it's kinda inconvenient.

I came in to order there was one staff member serving the front of house and 7 staff serving the drive through. At the time there were no customers at the drive through. I waited for 12 mins to be served. Then people came in behind me and used the self order screens. These people were then given priority over myself. At this time the other staff were huddled around someone’s phone.I understand that sometimes things are happening that as the customer I don’t understand but I have no other way to take this other than poor customer service

Worst tim hortons ever. I have been visiting to this tim since last 5 days and i have to wait 15 min in standing que just to order a drink. The staff is very careless and doesn’t have value for time and also the old lady working in fay is very rude. If we ask them to open washroom they just don’t care and opens the washroom after 10 min. Never visiting tim again

Ordered a sausage egg and cheese breakfast croissant sandwich. Received a half moon snack croissant with no sausage. The screen said sausage before I drove up to the window. Not sure why it is so difficult to get a simple order right. Very frustrating especially with the high prices these days. Please let me know who to contact to have order fixed.

I stopped at this Tims to get a quick coffee and lunch. I hadn't been to a Tims regularly in years so was very unfamiliar with their new menu items. Christa was working the til when I got there was extremely patient and helpful in choosing what to order.Ordered the Chicken Bacon Ranch wrap, very tasty indeed a solid choice.Thanks for your help Christa!

I ordered an iced coffee made with milk and it was made with cream. When I questioned it I was told it was made with milk. There is a clear color difference between these when made with cream vs milk. I asked to have it remade and they refused. This is an issue I have with every Tim Hortons in regards to iced coffee. Either they make it with milk, but leave the sugar out or they make it with cream and argue that it's correct. If I could give Tim's (in general) a zero star rating I would.

This location seems to not want to staff properly. The lady in the front running storefront AND mobile is doing it all by herself and still training at the same time. I know for a fact that she's been there for a years. But it is a slap in the face to do that to her. Oh, and I didn't get my food AFTER 15 minutes because she was doing everything herself with miniscule help while orders and storefront were piling up

This location!! Wow. Ordered apple fritter with the coffee, it was the freshest doughnut I’ve ever had from Tim’s, or anywhere for that matter. It was fantastic. I think they changed their recipe, for the better I might add.Great service, excellent product. I was impressed and pleased.
