Doesn't know how to put in correct order, got something completely different. When questioned simply this is what the order says".Also new debit machines with tipping options ASAP. I am Glad in this case I hit no tip. How am I suppose to know if I should tip before my order comes out."

i just went to this starbucks like 20 mins ago (12pm may 29) and this lovely younger guy made my strawberry açai lemonade with fruit in it by accident when i asked for it without. he made me a brand new one but let me take home both!!! it made my whole day and he deserves all the best things in life to happen to him.

We’ve used this location because it’s convenient to other shopping. In the past we’ve seen the crew fail to resolve reasonable customer issues, this time it was us.Ordered drink and food, drink came up promptly. After waiting for some time asked about food, was told “there is a lineup for food” after seeing new orders receive food promptly, and before ours. Turns out they didn’t even have the food item ordered.Manager (bow tie) was present during order and was not friendly, apologetic or helpful.It will be absolutely no cost to us to stop visiting this location, there is another one much close to home.

Went to grab a drink with my toddler while I waited for a prescription to be filled at the nearby Shoppers. Got my kiddo a cake-pop, and the barista was kind enough to give a complimentary juice/water in a cup.Great service and attention to customers.

They are super nice here! Kind of a small place but it's not so bad, some seating options inside. Had a drink made here last time and they said if I didn't like it to just come back and ask for another free of charge (I ordered matcha tea with the new rose tea or something - not a good combo).

After such a disappointing experience at the Starbucks in Zehrs in Stratford (yes, I wrote a review), I found this Starbucks.These guys were efficient and cheerful.They took my order, and made my drink.There was no fussing, nothing.They were pleasant.Thank you guys for ending my Stratford day on such a high note.Cheers!

Ordered on the Starbucks app it took over 20-25 minutes they served every person who walked in before fulfilling the online orders. I asked why it was taking so long for my order and received the BIGGEST attitudes I’ve ever received in Starbucks history! Then 2 of the baristas we’re bashing me in front of customers mocking me for asking about my order talking to them about “rude” customers to HUMILIATE me. I wasn’t disrespectful whatsoever check your video footage, PLEASE. I’m making a formal complaint to head office. This is unacceptable and I will take my business to Williamsburg where the baristas are AMAZING, kind and friendly. The one with the Tarantula eyelashes, stood there didn’t even help her colleagues with orders just kept complaining out loud about her job. So unprofessional!

Nice, friendly staff at this location. Brewed coffee is always my favorite, but the other drinks are also nice. Not really my cup of tea for food options except an awesome banana loaf. I wish they would have a drive thru option here. Staff are the best part of the experience.

Incredibly positive experience. The service is always exceptional - the employees are friendly and attentive, always willing to go the extra mile to make sure order was just right. Roger is fantastic. Not only did he go above and beyond to ensure that my drink was perfect, but he also made me feel welcome and appreciated as a customer. Overall, I highly recommend this Starbucks location for anyone looking for a great cup of coffee and an exceptional customer experience.
