I want to preface this as a cautionary tale: don't be like me and wait until two weeks before traveling to order new glasses, because two weeks is usually what it takes. It was a tight deadline. But these ladies at Grimard, they took care of me. They really went above and beyond to do what was in their ability, hoping I would get my glasses before my trip. My glasses arrived earlier than expected! Amazing! Grimard staff are friendly, welcoming, and down to earth. They work as a great team, providing great service. Such a pleasure to have walked into their shop. Thanks ladies! - Cornelia

Every time I had an appointment at Grimard Optique, I was delighted. The doctors and staff were friendly, welcoming, and competent. The frames are lovely and the lenses are excellent. My glasses are the lightest and most comfortable I have ever worn. I was told these were the most suitable frames by the woman who helped me choose them. In addition to being reasonable priced, insurance can save you a lot of money. It is my recommendation that anyone who wants the highest quality service, including the most advanced machine, visit them, and you will not be disappointed.

Highly recommend this place!I had this pair of eyeglasses but I haven't worn them lately because they were slipping on my face. So I went there today and a sweet lady fitted them for me, for free. I will definitely come back!

Dr Popoff was amazing, she took meticulous care of my eye and had an in-depth checkup with my retina! And the front staff members were all friendly and professional too!

I've purchased a few pair of glasses and sunglasses here and I'm always happy with the service. Today, I'm delighted with Roselle. She adjusted my frames, replaced the plastic screws/plugs and cleaned the lenses; all at no cost. She is truly a gem. I'll continue to purchase my glasses & sunglasses here.

I was impressed with every part of my experience at Grimard Optique. The doctor and staff members were friendly and competent and I got my first bifocals and I love those, too. The frames are lovely and the lenses are Superb ie. they are the best glasses I’ve ever had and it took almost no time at all to get used to them. The woman who helped me pick out the frames told me these lenses were the absolute best available and she was right. The price was the only serious drawback but i suspect that has less to do with this particular location and more to do with a larger system that needs fixing. Everyone should be able to afford an awesome pair of glasses like this, not just the few of us who are lucky enough to have insurance and a few extra bucks saved up.

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Neil Campbell and staff. Teresa has helped me for over 10 years and has an 'eye' for selecting the right shape and style for my progressive lenses. When i expressed issues I was having with light sensitivity and headaches, she went above and beyond to find a solution. Teresa researched options for tinted lenses and was able to get a special order clip-on for my computer glasses that will help reduce migraines. She ordered in different colored frames for me to select from and provided exceptional customer service throughout the entire process!Dr. Campbell provided exceptional care and even re-examined and adjusted my prescription to ensure I had the most comfortable fit for my eyes. He also provided a letter to my employer regarding light sensitivity issues I was having.I feel blessed to have found an eye care specialist with such professional caring staff! The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this company!!Jennifer Godry

The folk at Grimard Optique in Winnipeg are amazing!I had just flown from Australia to Canada and had broken my clear glasses during the trip,Even though I didn't have an appointment the staff were amazingly friendly and helpful in getting those glasses repaired.What an amazing welcome to Winnipeg.I can't recommend these guys highly enough!!!
