Took in 3 watches. 2 for batteries, 1 for a new crystal, stem and crown. They wanted $290 for the repair, which was insane, then pushed me to buy a new watch for same cost. The watches with battery replacement do not work now! They worked before I took them in. Never go there for even a battery replacement!

I went in to get a watch band adjusted, and the staff were very knowledgeable and quick to service. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes, and the cost was very reasonable. The staff double checked that I was happy with the sizing before finalizing and gave good advice as it seems my wrist size is between the link sizes. Overall, I'm very pleased with the excellent service! Thank you for your help.
