Kim, Rob, and the staff at SFL are the best. They provide a wide variety of delicious, healthy, food options every week. They also offer nutrition counselling if you’ve made the decision to change your ways, but aren’t sure how to go about it.It’s super easy to pick up a delicious, nutritious, and fresh heat & eat meal from their store instead of hitting the drive thru.I shop there weekly.

Awesome! Awesome!! Awesome!!! Loved the detox and how amazing it made me feel and how many issues got cleared up. Already doing a second detox. Staff were extremely knowledgeable and very helpful ….wish I lived closer to access ready made foods

We have been going to SFL in Sussex as a couple for almost a year now and absolutely love it!! We always look forward to Our weekly consultations with Kim, she is always encouraging and very helpful and she always makes us feel good whether it’s been a good week or not. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The SFL market has lots of yummy healthy food and treats to help you stay on track. They also have fresh meals to go that are absolutely delicious at a reasonable price! We would definitely recommend SFL if your looking for a place to get on track and start feeling great.

I can't say enough good things about SFL! Kim is a great coach. Very caring, thoughtful, knowledgeable & is as invested in my journey as I am. I am also a regular shopper at their Natural Food Market. The staff is friendly, helpful & they have a great selection. Why not drop by and see for yourself. You won't regret it.

I was in a place in my life i knew i needed to do some changes...im a picky person so was scared and timid....all the staff are great here they now feel like family since nov 2020 to may 2021 ive lost 30 lbs...i don't feel its a diet...its a life style change....highly recommend checking out the peeps at simply for life Sussex

Simply For Life in Sussex has been my accountability coach for several years. Regardless of how many times I’ve tried and not quite reached my goal (my fault) - I keep going back. Kim and Rob have set up a fabulous spot with amazing employees and coaches. I’m about to sign up again - and I’m happy to go back to SFL Sussex, where there is no judgement, shame or negativity. They are all amazing. Their market is my favourite place to shop for on the go meals, supplements, olive oil and any kind of snack you may crave. The entire team has been so great in every aspect of my journey ☺️.
