Not just really nice staff but also they know their business and set everything up for you to be in-and-out as quickly as possible, explain what needs explaining and even setup your phone. I'll go back again.you guys are terrific and funny too!

An overall great experience. The customer service was above and beyond. I called late on Friday afternoon on a whim to see if there were any vehicles available for the weekend. The person I spoke with was polite, and took a couple minutes to tell me some options they had available.They were fairly busy when I arrived, but there was a decent amount of staff. I was helped within a couple minutes, and told lady helping me that I was just looking for something nice to have for the weekend. She grabbed a bunch of keys, and took me outside to show me the different vehicles available. She was patient, and I appreciated that she took the time to let me see the vehicles before choosing.I found one I liked, a nice looking Dodge Charger. The check out process was quick and easy. The car was clean, and seemingly well kept.I will definitely return to rent a vehicle from here in the future.I could say two negative things about it. The price of renting a car seems to have almost doubled since the last time I rented one, which was disappointing, and the car was given to me with half a tank of gas, which can be difficult to judge when refueling to return it. It would be nice if they came with a full tank.

Great customer service received from the people I had communicated with at this Enterprise. Ryan & Jason was very polite and efficient and the driver Charlie who kindly dropped me back to the dealership for me to collect my personal vehicle, was also polite and a good conversationalist.Thank you to the team at Enterprise Whitby.

Called the phone number provided for the Whitby location to reserve a vehicle. I called a couple of weeks in advance as I was renting a vehicle so I could get to my son's graduation and wanted to make sure I had everything in order. I gave all my information to the woman on the line to reserve a vehicle for 24hrs. I called instead of reserving online so I could ask questions. I only have mastercard debit so my biggest question was whether that would be acceptable. As well as my drivers license has my married name and my debit has my maiden name. I was assured that neither of these things were an issue and the deposit remained the same so I continued my reservation. When I didn't receive my confirmation email I decided to call back to see if the information was correct. My email address had been entered wrong and that's why I hadn't gotten my confirmation. I decided to confirm my previous questions reguarding my mastercard debit and was quickly told that without a credit card there was no way I could rent a car. When I questioned why I had been told otherwise she said that their call center is in the U.S, and that there, it is acceptable. So I canceled my reservation as I do not own a credit card. If I had not called about my email I would have gone to pick up my reservation and been turned away at the counter because I do not have a credit card. I would have completely missed my sons graduation because they do not provide accurate information when you reserve a vehicle because they source outside Canada and have completely different policies. No sympathy was expressed in the miss information I received or how I potentially could have missed my sons graduation. Now I'm searching other options to find transportation to my son's graduation, at least it's not the day of. This is absolutely unacceptable and needs to be addressed so Canadians can book with confidence.

Very polite staff. Medium sized location. I was able to exchange my rental for another one with ease. They had a fair amount of vehicle to choose from. Cars a very clean, eco-friendly and well priced.

This is the worst enterprise branch. I would never use them again. Their slogan is “we love going the extra mile” but they couldn’t pick me up because I was 4.8KM from their location.

Shocked that I'm leaving a 5-star review for a car rental location, but these guys have absolutely earned it. It was very busy when I arrived on a Saturday morning, but the staff was very friendly - greeting every single person as they came in through the door - and extremely efficient. There were 5 people ahead of me but I didn't wait more than 10 minutes. Liam was knowledgeable, friendly, and called me a couple days later to make sure everything was going okay with the car. Thoroughly impressed with the team at this location.

Great service, staff are very organized and seem to have a nice flowing system whenever dealing with customers no matter how many could be waiting. Cars are clean and they serve you fast and quick as well while being very informative with about the rental.
