What a waste of my valuable time. They had 3 weeks waiting before I got an appointment from them. And the day of my appointment I was already out and about running a few errands, two hours before my appointment they called me and told me that I am going to have to re-book my appointment. And there is another three weeks I have to wait. I told them no thank you and thank you very much.

Thus is the best hearing place ever. Not only do they do a wonderful job they make you comfortable and help you with all the information you need about your hearing aids. I had a big issue with mine and they were amazing about getting them fixed. The company just got a new pair sent for me. I love this place so much. I bring my kid with me and she gave my kid thing to keep him occupied while we were having our appointment.Thank you so much Heliz, I can't wait to keep coming to you guys.

I can not write enough positive comments about this amazing place. I have had hearing problems most of my life. It has been a difficult experience.HearCANADA, formerly Helix Hearing Care have been so amazing. The stuff is friendly, kind, caring, and knowledgeable. They really know what they are doing here.My hearing needs are met and whenever there is an improvement that can take place, they offer it without asking. They think of things I didn’t even know I needed or could ask for.They go above and beyond. Very much appreciated.
