AVOID THESE GUYS!!!I had a similar experience to Alexander Kingsland's review, only the damage to mine was much more extensive. And the lying and trying to con their way out of resolving it was worse. This place is shady as f--k.I personally recommend anyone looking go to West Coast Granite for their rocks, and take the installer referral they offer up... that guy did amazing work fixing Archstones f--kup.

Hired this company to install granite counters in my Vancouver condo.the 4 hour job" soon turned into 4 separate days with multiple cancellations in between.They ended up chipping a corner off the new counter when they were moving it in the condo

The owner came to our home to measure the dimensions, and gave us some useful advices.The job was well done, and the price was very reasonable. I had some issues with this company. My countertop cracked slowly from lack of support underneath. I also have visual gaps and sloppy seams. They didn’t care or even respond back to me for a couple months after the crack started. I wrote a review on here and they fixed it after that.

I recommend Archstone for the outstanding job they made in my house including measurements, installation and finishing. Not only the owner but all the team is very nice, with attention to details. They didn't leave our house before listening from us we are 100% satisfied The best I could expect.

Poor Follow-Up Customer Service...Initially, countertops were delivered on time, and we were happy with that. But concerns regarding uneven installation of the countertop and some surface scratches went unaddressed after a phone call and an email (sent Dec. 15) to this company. We are dissatisfied that we haven't even received an acknowledgment of our concerns, let alone an initiative to fix the problems with our countertops.

My wife and I were introduced to Archstone by our contractor for our kitchen and bathroom renovations. We found Archstone very knowledgeable and delivered/installed our countertop on a tight timeline. Archstone was very accomodating when we wanted to modify the countertop to meet changes to our cabinets. They were easy to work with and I felt they looked after us from start to finish. Great experience.

Bought a beautiful Firstone A3018 countertop from Archstone for our condo. We were very pleased with the price, and the subsequent service we received was great. The measurements were extremely accurate and only 1 week later (HomeDepot quoted 6 weeks!), two very pleasant installers arrived, hauled the countertop into our condo via a very tight fit in the elevator, and then made a great job of installing.Overall extremely pleased with the result, and very happy to recommend Archstone to anyone.
