Had Cam install speakers in my car back in 2015, and came back for a recent full-system upgrade. Did a great job with product knowledge, honest recommendations, and quick installs.

Got in contact for a few installers in Victoria. Ralphs was one of the few that actually followed up with me and the only that accepted the unique job I had.I essentially had 6 inches of useable depth to install a sub in our 2019 sprinter behind the double passenger seat and partition wall.Justin was a gem to deal with, found me a solution and when he wasn’t able to get me the sun we needed upgraded me to larger subs for the same quoted price.Work was done quickly, wiring was clean , and the tech was personable when I showed him how to get the bench seat off without tripping the air bag light.Great guys all around and will definitely recommend to anyone looking for audio work on the island.Good job!

I've dealt with Ralph's Radio on three occasions now. First time was to get stereo inputs routed and amp mounted properly, second time was for a new stereo to be installed, and most recently for new speakers to be installed. On every occasion the customer and technical service has been excellent. I've been consistently happy with the end product, and impressed with the honest advice and great value.For my most recent visit, I wanted to get new speakers put in as I had been noticing muddy sound quality. Justin gave me a good review of some replacement options and I was ready for installation. After I dropped my car off for the install, they notified me that my current speakers were aftermarket and 2 tiers higher than the new ones I had ordered. They ran full diagnostics and found no faults anywhere.After some discussion we concluded that the poor sound quality was from bluetooth playback - I was unaware that would diminish quality. We decided to cancel the installation and I was surprised when they offered to not bill me for the diagnostics.I switched to wired playback and my speakers sound great again. These guys saved me a ton of money and headache with their diligence, product knowledge and honesty. I have 100% confidence in them and will be back for anything else car audio related.

Cam helped me to modernize my SUV by installing a digital multimedia screen, backup camera and front and rear sensors. Great job. Great service

I’ve brought my cars in for tech upgrades & installation for almost 15 years and I’ve always appreciated the respectful friendly and forthcoming way Cam has treated me.Recently an inexperienced tech did some less than ideal wiring but Ralph’s Radio and Cam did me right by correcting the error. I’ll definitely return to Ralph’s but maybe insist that only Cam work on my car. Thanks Cam, I'm very happy!

Cam + team provided excellent service during my stereo upgrade for my truck. They worked hard and made sure to get things done. I saw a lot of people gave good reviews, so I chose to install dash cam in this store. After I came to this store to confirm the price of dash cam, I found that best buy was $100 cheaper than here, so I chose to buy dash cam in best buy, and then installed it in here. But after the installation I was very unhappy. Just because I didn't buy it from here, Slevan told me that they refused to provide any instruction on how to use it. When I went to pick up the car, the technician who installed it for me offered to teach me how to use it. But Slevan kept prompting him not to tell me and asked the tech after I left if we had initiated the help. I was very unable to understand his behavior and was very angry at his actions. First of all, for the same item you are above best buy $100, there is no reason why I should buy from you. Secondly, I paid for the installation and you did not show me any results, I would like to know how to test it and I do not think that is an unreasonable request. Finally, you keep trying to block when someone is willing to offer to help, which I don't think is what a good front desk should do.I am grateful for the work of the technicians who installed it, but I am very disappointed in this exchange.

A bass speaker in my SUV fell apart in spectacular fashion. I rely on the system in my car to be able to check music mixes so needed it replaced in a hurry. Ralph’s Radio actually offered me an appointment sooner than I could manage - but when I did get the vehicle to them they replaced all of the front speakers in about an hour and a half. They gave great advice and were friendly and helpful throughout. I am most grateful for a good job well done.

Cam, plus staff, are wonderful. They stand behind their service. I had several problems they resolved them, no problem. I highly recommend them...Year 2 had some minor problems, Cam was all about getting it fixed right. Fabulous job, your my sound, speaker and camera guy. Highly recommended
