Called to have a prescription transferred to this pharmacy 3 times in one week and they never got it transferred. When I brought this to their attention they were not bothered by it at all. Ran out of my medication because of them and they didn’t care… horrible customer service. Will never use this pharmacy again.

Walking into this Rexall I had pretty high hopes considering this is Oakville and this is the place I chose to raise my two beautiful children. But after experiencing the horrible service from the old blonde woman working at the cash, I am seriously disgusted by her behaviour. Please find a new customer service representative. The male manager was lovely though! Keep him. Lol. Although this is really NOT a laughing matter the only positive outcome is chatting with the pharmacists which is pretty sad. Please hire new staff.

I left shoppers drug stores, the service I got was amazing compared to nothing as shoppers gave me. Personal care and attention to detail, Rexall provided, amazing. I'm a manager that knows service but caring is different. Thank you and the team there at this location.

No one around to assist finding a product. Cleaning crew was cleaning the store while it was open. They were actually using a motorized floor buffer which was causing nauseous fumes and was really loud. Sounded like someone running a snowblower or lawnmower in your living room. Seriously?

Absolutely awful RT PCR Covid 19 testing service. Not because of the test itself but because of the people involved. First person who took my wife’s sample messed up, and my wife had go in again. This is one day before our flight! The person who took the second sample LIED that they would expedite sending the sample. Just called lab the they said that never received the sample otherwise they would have sent us the result. And of course the person at the pharmacy counter was absolutely rude. So I guess the main qualities of this place are unprofessionalism, rudeness and incompetence.

Prices there are way too high! The same medicine on my prescrition cost almost twice less in the Shoppers Drugmart on Royal Windsor.Not nice guys!

The pharmacist male & female who have worked at this location for years are excellent and so friendly. My parents go there regularly and I pick up their medications for them during the pandemic. They always no my parents medications and always help me out!! Thank you guys for everything!! ✌️✌️
